"The Rules" Source and One of Its Definers; Authority Almost Capable of Making Wishes Come True!
At the moment Thor fully unleashed Thunder, and countless bolts of destructive lightning were about to engulf Corvus Glaive and the surrounding airspace, Loki, who had been standing with his hands behind his back as though merely "witnessing" the battle of the Asgardian warriors, had a nearly imperceptible glimmer of dark green flash through the depths of his eyes.
He casually raised his right hand and, with extreme subtlety, lightly tapped the void beside him with his index finger. A trace of divine power, minute to the extreme, merged into the raging sea of lightning descending from above.
It did not alter the destructive nature of the lightning, but bestowed upon it an additional "trait"—the ability to pierce through life and death.
Thor did not notice that his power had gained such a trait, and naturally, neither did Corvus Glaive.
