The Importance of Reputation, the Strongest Hokage of All Time
Wasn't it said that in this parallel universe, the Sorcerer Supreme was the most powerful Sorcerer Supreme in history?
There's no reason why I shouldn't know how.
Or is it simply that it's not in the inherited knowledge, but rather that your parallel universe self could actually do it?
The Richest Man in the America: "Is that Fatty the Sorcerer Supreme from another timeline?"
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "No, the Sorcerer Supreme at that time was Doctor Strange; you can understand it as a talent."
The Richest Man in the America: "Pfft!"
What kind of talent is that?!
Despite being the most powerful Sorcerer Supreme in history in a parallel universe, I was actually less talented than that Fatty.
Ordinary Group Owner: "You can't do this, and you can't do that."
Ordinary Group Owner: "I seriously doubt that your talent for Magic is as good as your counterpart from a parallel universe."
Ordinary Group Owner said, "Or rather, that title was just hype, like the strongest Hokage in the history of Naruto World — Hiruzen Sarutobi."
Golden Flash: "."
The Richest Man in the America: "You actually compare me to Hiruzen Sarutobi?"
The Richest Man in the America, "This is an insult to me!"
Golden Flash: "."
Minato Namikaze felt helpless seeing Hiruzen Sarutobi being spoken to like that.
The Third was certainly capable; his research into Ninjutsu and his ability to combine various Ninjutsu placed him among the top in the Ninja World.
Among his contemporaries, perhaps only the Second could surpass Hiruzen Sarutobi in this regard.
The title "Ninja Hero" was not a name that the Third gave to himself.
However, thinking back to the description of the Third Generation in my school textbooks—"[Known as the strongest Hokage of all time]"—I didn't think much of it then, but now I feel incredibly ashamed.
He wouldn't dare say that he had surpassed the Third Generation in his youth, but with his mastery of the Flying Thunder God Technique, it was difficult for him to lose to someone of similar strength.
We may not win, but losing is no easy feat either.
As for comparing him to the Second Tobirama Senju, Tobirama Senju, Minato Namikaze believed that the Second was stronger than the Third Generation.
After all, most of Konoha's forbidden techniques were created by the Second. In terms of understanding Ninjutsu, no matter how much the latter studied it, it would be difficult for him to surpass the creator himself.
Moreover, even after becoming the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi didn't necessarily spend every day researching Ninjutsu.
Let's not even mention First Hokage Hashirama Senju; he's not Third can easily rival.
Ordinary Group Owner: "Speaking of which, I initially thought the title of 'Strongest Hokage of All Time' was just a joke, since anyone with a shred of sense wouldn't dare say that."
Ordinary Group Owner: "But I didn't expect this to actually be true, especially since it was an early setting."
Ordinary Group Owner: "Even though it was eaten up later, this is still outrageous enough—this thing is actually real!"
Uchiha Dance King: "Eaten?"
Uchiha Dance King: "Heh, isn't it clearly written in the textbooks of the Konoha Ninja Academy?"
Uchiha Dance King: "The strongest Hokage of all time, known as Professor!"
Uchiha Dance King: "What a prestigious title."
Madara Uchiha said dismissively.
If you disregard the fact that it features the strongest Hokage of all time and only retains the gimmick of Professor of Ninjutsu, he wouldn't think much of it.
After all, Hiruzen Sarutobi's talent in Ninjutsu was indeed remarkable. He could not only use thousands of Ninjutsu, but also combine Ninjutsu of five different attributes. In terms of the combination and use of Ninjutsu, he was even better than Tobirama Senju.
Even in Madara Uchiha's eyes, the power of these Ninjutsu was only so-so. Even S-rank Ninjutsu couldn't compare to his casually used Fire Release. But the main reason for this was that he was Madara Uchiha.
He was different from Hashirama and the ordinary people in the Ninja World.
As an ordinary person without Kekkei Genkai, Sarutobi was able to achieve this level of skill, and Madara Uchiha acknowledged his reputation as Professor of Ninjutsu.
But what about adding the phrase "the strongest Hokage of all time" after that?
Oh.
Ordinary Group Owner: "So I really didn't expect that this wasn't just a setting, but even the textbooks say it this way."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "Have you forgotten? The first person to say that Hiruzen Sarutobi was the strongest Hokage of all time was Iruka."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "Although Hiruzen Sarutobi never truly admitted this at the time, and even said that the Fourth Hokage was stronger than him when talking to Anko, to Anko and the others, it was just Hiruzen Sarutobi's humble remark."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "Anyone who isn't a fool would think that Hiruzen Sarutobi was the strongest Hokage of Konoha if the history of Konoha and the achievements of the Hokage were written in a book."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "So, how did Iruka know?"
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "If even a teacher at a Ninja Academy thinks this way, how many ordinary people in Konoha think so?"
Nothing happens without a reason.
Iruka believes that Hiruzen Sarutobi is the strongest Hokage of all time because this is his consistent belief from the past to the present.
Where does cognition come from?
The primary source of knowledge is books.
Even without the inclusion of Minato Namikaze and Madara Uchiha, Ying Zinian still believed that Hiruzen Sarutobi must have been described in the Konoha Ninja Academy's textbooks in the same way as the initially discarded setting.
Ordinary Group Owner: "So why did Hiruzen Sarutobi do that?"
The Ordinary Group Owner, "It's not like there aren't others of his generation."
Ordinary Group Owner commented. "Besides, this only fools ordinary civilians and ninjas. To clan ninjas, it's a joke."
Ordinary Group Owner, "Doesn't he feel ashamed?"
Su Yunqing felt she couldn't do such a thing; even if it wasn't her who compiled it but someone else's work, she would still erase that section.
What's the saying?
Laymen see the details, experts see the spectacle.
That's not how you brag.
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "Isn't it enough that the common people believe?"
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "As for those clan ninjas, even if they know, they won't say anything because of Hiruzen Sarutobi Hokage."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "Prestige is sometimes more important than strength."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "Why was Hiruzen Sarutobi able to quickly calm the villagers' emotions after Minato Namikaze died and Hiruzen Sarutobi regained the Hokage position?"
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "This is partly the reason."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "If they knew that Minato Namikaze didn't actually have to die, the price would have been that the Third Hiruzen Sarutobi, could have used the same Sealing Jutsu to seal the Nine-Tails, but Minato Namikaze gave it up."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "Perhaps while they marvel at Minato Namikaze's greatness, they will also become even more convinced that Hiruzen Sarutobi is the strongest Hokage."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "After all, even the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, believed that Konoha could do without him, but not without the Third Hiruzen Sarutobi, and thus willingly sacrificed himself to seal the Hokage."
The Ninth Son of Great Qin: "This is the importance of reputation."
