But after the birth of the Human Race, the reproductive method of the Primordial World changed. It was no longer about separating essence, but about gestating offspring in the womb through the union of yin and yang.

This made it easier to conceive offspring, though the side effects were also obvious: as generations passed, it was easy for bloodlines to degenerate.

But regardless, this was a revolution that allowed Lady Nuwa to master the most important branch of the Path of Creation—the authority of procreation.
