An emperor is one who commands the borders of the day.
Some expand their territories, while others remain stagnant and confined.
Some endure humiliation to survive, while others see their nations perish.
The common man, however, remains only in stagnation.
If one possesses the heart to stabilize the nation and bring peace to the world, One must stand tall with eyes wide, gazing majestically across the nine heavens.
One must know that time leaves no trace.
When a song ends, it does not stop at a specific year, month, or day.
How can there be such a thing as ten thousand years of eternity?
There is only the ceaseless flow of the passing years.
Strengthen our national defense, prosper our state and altars;
Bolster our economy, never let the land be self-contained;
We must explore, seeking a greater sky;
We must dive deep, seeking a broader ocean;
We must be profound, seeking a richer cultural heritage;
We must stabilize the sands, seeking to diminish desertification;
Build oases, and protect the common peace and prosperity of humanity.
The only constant is that this life must be one of ceaseless struggle;
Not for the sake of one's own survival, But for the survival of the nation's concerns;
For this, one does not argue with the common man.
Therefore, my determination, Is only this, And nothing more!
