Chapter Summaries

Wu Ling prepared to leave the God Realm after helping Qian Renxue and Bibi Dong become God Kings and learning that his tenth Spirit Ring carried Tiamat’s power. After the God Realm’s remaining resistance was crushed, he departed for Douluo II to settle one final matter.

• Wu Ling learned that Qian Renxue and Bibi Dong had inherited the four God Kings’ origins and become the God Kings of Light and Darkness.
• Qian Renxue told Wu Ling that Bibi Dong’s forces were facing the Seven Elemental Gods, the God of Emotion, and other rebellious gods, so Wu Ling sent Arjuna and Ibuki-douji to help.
• Wu Ling told Qian Renxue he had to leave, and he realized his tenth Spirit Ring had awakened Tiamat’s power and pointed him toward the Type-Moon world.
• Qian Renxue asked Wu Ling to have a child with her before he left, and Zhu Zhuqing later ascended to the God Realm and joined them.
• King Hassan, Enkidu, and the others defeated the resisting gods and killed the Golden Dragon King.
• Wu Ling said goodbye to Bibi Dong, shattered space, and traveled to Douluo II instead of Type-Moon to settle one last matter.

Wu Ling visited Huo Yu'er, strengthened her pendant, and then unleashed the Sea of Life on the God Realm. After the Lahmu slaughtered the gods, Wu Ling left the Douluo world, ending the arc.

• Wu Ling spent several days with Huo Yu'er in the Sun Moon Capital, killed a boy who pursued her and his family, and secretly empowered her pendant.

Wu Ling arrived in the Type-Moon world and was attacked by Goetia’s ten thousand beams of light while crossing the gap between parallel spaces. Meanwhile, Chaldea summoned a golden-armored Heroic Spirit, who collapsed unconscious after seeing Fujimaru Ritsuka.

• Wu Ling arrived in the Type-Moon world and received the Throne of Heroes’ message asking him to help set history back on the right track.
• Goetia spotted Wu Ling in the gap between parallel spaces and attacked him with over ten thousand beams of light.
• Wu Ling activated his defenses and endured the beams while trying to read the surrounding space well enough to dodge.
• Doctor Romani told Fujimaru Ritsuka that Chaldea’s survival depended on their final summoning as a new world threatened to collide with theirs.
• Fujimaru Ritsuka completed the summoning, and a golden-armored Heroic Spirit appeared before collapsing unconscious after looking at her.

After surviving a devastating barrage, Wu Ling arrived at Chaldea, where Mash welcomed him and brought him to meet the people in charge. Da Vinci revealed that Wu Ling was a living Demi-Servant containing several Spirit Origins, leaving Romani startled by the unexpected discovery.

• Wu Ling woke in Chaldea after using Heracles' God Hand to survive the barrage at the cost of ten lives.
• Mash greeted Wu Ling, and he explained that he knew another version of her from a parallel world.
• Wu Ling reassured Mash about her nature, introduced himself, and learned that her Master was resting after something had happened.
• Mash led Wu Ling toward the Main Control Room and began telling him about the incident.
• Da Vinci told Romani that Wu Ling was a living Demi-Servant with Spirit Origins including Karna, Sasaki Kojiro, Hassan of the Hundred Faces, and Medea.

Wu Ling learned how the Singularity Belts had overwhelmed Fujimaru Ritsuka and resolved to help defeat Goetia with the Heroic Spirits within him. After Mash Kyrielight introduced him to Romani and Da Vinci, he declared himself the King of Heroic Spirits and met Fujimaru Ritsuka.

• Mash Kyrielight explained that Chaldea had faced increasingly dangerous Singularity Belts, losing the Heroic Spirits who helped Fujimaru Ritsuka escape.
• Wu Ling concluded that Goetia had interfered with parallel worlds and decided his mission was to defeat him by summoning Heroic Spirits.
• Mash Kyrielight introduced Wu Ling to Doctor Romani Archaman and Da Vinci in the command room.

• Romani sent Wu Ling, Fujimaru Ritsuka, and Mash to investigate the nearby Singularity Belt and warned that it contained an extraordinary amount of overlapping worlds and magical energy.
• Wu Ling sensed several powerful Servants nearby and put on his golden armor as a black Noble Phantasm beam raced toward the group.
• Wu Ling carried Mash and Fujimaru Ritsuka more than ten kilometers away and concealed them with Magic Circles before the beam struck their former position.
• Fujimaru Ritsuka and Mash recognized the attacker as King Arthur, and Wu Ling said her magical energy rivaled that of a Grand Servant.
• Wu Ling detected another enormous magical energy reaction as a blue beam targeted Artoria, then named the world the Dragon War Zone.

Wu Ling met Sigurd in the Dragon War Zone and learned that eight dragon-related Servants remained, divided among four factions and empowered by Holy Grails. As the distant battle continued, a black pillar of light descended from the sky, apparently the Lancer-class King of Knights' Rhongomyniad.

• Da Vinci warned Wu Ling of a magical energy reaction, and Sigurd appeared after Wu Ling called him out.
• Wu Ling identified Sigurd and Siegfried, while Sigurd confirmed that he and Siegfried were not enemies of Chaldea.
• Sigurd told Wu Ling that eight Servants remained, divided into four factions: Sigurd and Siegfried, the two Black Kings of Knights, Elizabeth Bathory with Kiyohime and Shuten-douji, and one unknown Servant.
• Sigurd explained that the surviving Servants carried Holy Grails, which had strengthened their Spirit Origins and maintained a fragile balance after the Grails changed hands in repeated battles.

• Siegfried used Balmung to clash with the Lionheart King's Excalibur, and the two attacks ended in a draw.
• Artoria charged Siegfried, but Sigurd struck her with Bolverkr Gram and forced her to stop.

Wu Ling and his companions reached Artoria Pendragon after she was defeated by Melusine, the powerful dragon Servant. Melusine challenged the newcomers, and Wu Ling recognized her as one of the strongest dragons.

• Melusine blasted Rhongomyniad's Horse away and fought Artoria Pendragon, who was weakened after Artoria Pendragon Alter vanished.
• Artoria Pendragon unleashed Rhongomyniad, but Melusine evaded its attacks with her extraordinary speed and struck her down.
• Wu Ling gave the two Holy Grails taken from Artoria Pendragon Alter to Siegfried and Sigurd, then brought Fujimaru Ritsuka and Mash Kyrielight along toward Artoria Pendragon.
• Wu Ling and his companions arrived to find Artoria Pendragon dead and watched Melusine challenge them.
• Wu Ling recognized the Servant as Melusine and expressed surprise at encountering her.

Wu Ling explained Melusine’s origin as a fragment of the primordial Dragon Albion and used her aimlessness to offer her a path forward. The chapter ended with him asking her to make a contract before he told her what to do.

• Wu Ling recognized Melusine and explained that she had formed from the left hand severed from Dragon Albion.
• Sigurd, Romani, and Wu Ling described Albion as an ancient dragon whose remains became the labyrinth called Spirit Tomb Albion.

Wu Ling helped Fujimaru Ritsuka recruit Melusine, Siegfried, and Sigurd, then led the group to resolve the remaining Servants and clear the Singularity Belt. After they returned to Chaldea, Wu Ling noticed something about Fou.

• Melusine, Siegfried, and Sigurd signed contracts with Fujimaru Ritsuka and agreed to join Chaldea.
• Fujimaru Ritsuka decided to ask Shuten-douji, Kiyohime, and Elizabeth to join, and eliminate them if they refused.

He left to eat with Fujimaru Ritsuka and Mash Kyrielight, while the seed’s meaning remained uncertain.

• Wu Ling considered why Fou’s true nature as Cath Palug had escaped his detection and concluded that Fou might be concealing itself.
• Wu Ling examined the Throne of Heroes and confirmed that his nine Spirit Ring Servants and his summoning section remained intact.

During the week after the first Singularity Belt, Wu Ling investigated the risks of his connection to the Seat of Heroes and decided to sever it. He then gave Romani information about Goetia and revealed a second approaching Singularity Belt, leaving Chaldea facing a new crisis.

• Wu Ling used his research on the Throne of Heroes to summon additional copies of Servants he had summoned before, then dissolved his contracts with the Seat of Heroes' Servants because he feared its connection could expose or erase his data.
• Wu Ling visited Romani in the command room and heard him complain about Chaldea's workload and its inability to contact other magecraft organizations.

Fujimaru Ritsuka, Mash Kyrielight, and Wu Ling entered a fog-shrouded Singularity modeled after the Fourth Singularity. Wu Ling protected the two from the toxic mist and identified their location as London, where a historical incident awaited them.

• Romani Archaman sent Fujimaru Ritsuka and Mash Kyrielight to a new Singularity with Wu Ling, asking them to follow his lead if trouble arose.
• Fujimaru Ritsuka and Mash Kyrielight described how Wu Ling had helped them and earned their trust while staying in Chaldea.
• Wu Ling arrived with Fujimaru Ritsuka and Mash Kyrielight in a world covered by thick fog and suspected the Singularity was modeled after the Fourth Singularity.

Wu Ling defeated Avicebron, Frankenstein, and Lu Bu, then reunited with Mash and Fujimaru Ritsuka after clearing the hostile automata. He realized Goetia had begun colliding separate Singularity Belts, leaving the group in danger of facing more worlds if they did not act quickly.

• Avicebron told Wu Ling that Nikola Tesla, Charles Babbage, and Thomas Edison led three competing factions before a crimson beam destroyed him.
• Frankenstein and Lu Bu attacked Wu Ling, but he killed Lu Bu and then defeated Frankenstein.
• Wu Ling joined Mash and Fujimaru Ritsuka after they eliminated the hostile automata and said he knew their target.
• Romani warned that a new presence had arrived, and Wu Ling sensed a tremor as another world collided with their own.
• Wu Ling recognized the colliding worlds as distinct Singularity Belts and deduced that Goetia planned to make more collide if they were not resolved quickly.

Wu Ling learned that multiple Singularity Belts were converging and decided to defeat the current enemies before more arrived. He flew into the fog and confronted Charles Babbage, who unleashed World of Brilliant Ashes.

• Wu Ling told Mash Kyrielight and Fujimaru Ritsuka that a second Singularity Belt had merged with theirs and that they needed to speedrun the crisis.

Wu Ling defeated Thomas Edison and took the two Holy Grails sustaining him, then waited while Tesla fought creatures from the newly fused Singularity Belt. He identified the opponents as fairy-tale figures and located something nearby as Tesla battled the giants and vine.

• Wu Ling cut off Thomas Edison's head, took the two Holy Grails, and rested while Tesla fought at the boundary between the Singularity Belts.
• Wu Ling recalled killing Babbage, Edison, Kato Danzo, and Helena, leaving Tesla as the last Servant in the original Singularity Belt.
• Tesla encountered a gray wolf in a red hood, which became a Magic Bean vine after he burned it to ashes.
• An enormous giant rose beside the vine, and a blue smoke giant emerged from a lamp with a mirror that reflected Tesla's appearance.
• Tesla's lightning entered the mirror, and the two giants attacked him while Wu Ling identified the creatures as fairy-tale figures.
• Wu Ling searched with his perception and found what he was looking for as Tesla fought below.

Wu Ling ambushed Shakespeare, Andersen, and Nursery Rhyme, taking their Holy Grails and recruiting Andersen and Nursery Rhyme. He revealed that he had killed the other Servants in Tesla’s world and planned to kill Tesla rather than recruit him.

• Andersen, Nursery Rhyme, and Shakespeare discussed Tesla’s two Holy Grails and the search for other Servants, while Shakespeare struggled to write his autobiography with a conceptually broken pen.
• Wu Ling appeared during Shakespeare’s interrupted Noble Phantasm and took the two Holy Grails Shakespeare possessed.
• Wu Ling identified Andersen and Nursery Rhyme and offered them a choice between joining him and returning to the Seat of Heroes.
• Nursery Rhyme agreed to join because she hated tragedies, and Andersen joined after her; Wu Ling then took two Holy Grails from each of them.
