After this transformation, the numerical nature of the Red Queen's body and mind had undergone a certain change.
Naimus judged that if the Red Queen became a Golden Breed in the future, it would become relatively easier for her to excavate and acquire "Source Essence"-type traits.
Sleeping here for a while would be the best opportunity to activate the Source Essence rank.
Naimus even realized that if those Golden Breeds who had found it difficult to advance because of the chaos in their ranks slept here for a time, the ranks within them would likely be converted into "Source Essence"-type ranks as well.
At that point, so long as a Golden Breed could awaken, the path ahead would be opened. They could then rely entirely on the Ether Layer to acquire corresponding ranks and progress.
However, with this kind of consciousness-infecting ability, once one's ranks completed a full conversion—
That person would likely fall into eternal slumber here, never able to awaken again.
With that in mind, Naimus did not wait any longer and stepped into the Land of Slumber.
The instant he entered, Naimus sensed that a pit seemed to be waiting for him in the center of the Land of Slumber.
And this differed from the rules the Red Queen had tested before.
According to the Red Queen's tests, the corresponding pit should only appear once her consciousness could no longer endure.
