"My power of fabrication is limited. I have to fabricate things with perfect precision..." Kru planned to use all his power of fabrication to help the 'earth.' He no longer intended to extract abilities from Phantom Vision using other powers as he had before.
Kru stared at the ground and found that although he had formed a barrier with magic to protect the soil in this area from the direct impact of the rain—
the water from farther away was still flowing toward it.
The earth Kru was observing was merely the open space beside the right side of the church.
This place had originally been meant for apprentice priests to practice magic.
The open space on the other side was in far better condition. It was the training ground for apprentice Paladins.
Paladin training required movement and exertion. Since strength came from the ground, it naturally compacted the soil.
Thus, although that open space was covered in plenty of water, not much had seeped into it.
This side was different. Priests did not need to exert much force when practicing magic.
On the contrary, when their spells misfired, they would often blast small pits into the ground.
At times, the priests would also draw upon the earth's power to form spells such as earth spikes, making the ground's strength even more uneven.
That was why so many puddles had formed in such a short time earlier.
Because it had endured magical bombardment for years, much of the ground here was soft and loose.
Within Kru's field of observation, none of it could be considered good land.
Yet Kru had no intention of changing targets. If he wanted to create new history and bring about a miracle, he could not act upon stable ground. He had to challenge something difficult.
