Dilos investigated the werewolf attacks, protected Michael Corvin, and helped S.H.I.E.L.D. dismantle Lucian’s gathering. After returning to Lex’s circle, he saved the badly injured Clark and began investigating the loss of Clark’s powers and the identity of his attacker.

• Gordon handed the unusual murders over to Coulson and S.H.I.E.L.D., while Dilos defeated the werewolves attacking a LuthorCorp shipment and collected a blood sample.
• Dilos moved his research operation to Isla Sorna, secretly strengthened his personnel, and learned that International Genetic Technologies had been attacked and its data stolen.
• Dilos investigated the London attackers, discovered Michael Corvin’s unusual blood, and smuggled Michael to Isla Sorna to protect him from the Werewolves and Vampires.
• Dilos led S.H.I.E.L.D. agents to the Werewolves’ underground gathering, knocked out Lucian and the doctor, and helped Coulson capture or kill the remaining Werewolves.
• Dilos identified the League of Assassins as his next target, while Ra's al Ghul began reorganizing the League after a string of failed operations.
• Dilos saved the badly injured Clark with acupuncture and An Jin, then told Chloe and the Kents that Clark’s powers appeared to be returning.
• Lex revealed that meteorite radiation had given human test subjects powers and proposed creating a dragon, while Dilos agreed to investigate Clark’s attacker and missing powers.

Dilos protected Alec Summers after his powers emerged and fought S.H.I.E.L.D. to stop them from pursuing him. He then gathered resources for his projects and raided William Stryker’s base, where he found a young girl in a prison cell.

• Dilos concealed evidence of Clark’s fall, tracked the robbers to the Happy Life nightclub, and learned their tattoos let them phase through solid objects.
• Alec developed superhuman strength, speed, and heat vision after Clark lost his powers, and his parents’ rejection drove him to attack police officers.
• Dilos rescued Alec, suppressed his powers with Blue Kryptonite, and escaped with him as Agent Hand classified them as threats.
• Dilos fought Coulson, Hand, and the modified Werewolf agents, disabled their Quinjets, and demanded that S.H.I.E.L.D. stop pursuing Alec.
• Dilos told Lex about Stryker’s enhanced Werewolves, asked for help finding Ulysses Klaue and Wade Wilson, and gave Lex improved Mutant Spider Serums for Chloe and Gabe.
• Dilos gathered blood and prepared equipment on Isla Sorna, infiltrated Pym Technologies to draw Hank Pym out, and stole Vibranium and dark silver ore from Klaue’s freighter.
• Dilos built tools to control Velociraptors and amplify his telepathy, then infiltrated Stryker’s base and stole its records and more than a hundred X-Gene samples.
• Dilos searched the base for the X-Gene vault and, after avoiding the prison until last, found a black-haired girl who looked about ten years old in a cell.

Dilos rescued mutants from Stryker’s experiments, brought them to Xavier’s School, and trained the students while investigating Magneto’s plans. After Piotr and Qin Jiayin accepted reserve roles, they helped Dilos lure Mystique out and capture her, recovering a decoy flash drive.

• Dilos freed X-23, Emma, Juggernaut, and thirteen teenage mutants from Stryker’s facility, then destroyed the base and brought the survivors to Xavier’s School.
• Dilos warned Charles that Stryker’s research could create mutant-fused soldiers, while Emma clashed with the X-Men and Jia Yin briefly sealed Emma’s telepathy.
• Dilos trained the students to face dangerous creatures, and Qin Jiayin fought a fire-breathing Velociraptor before Dilos stepped in to protect her.
• Dilos taught Qin Jiayin Guoshu and helped her develop her Starlight Energy, while Charles asked him to help investigate Magneto’s plans.
• Dilos suspected Magneto planned to use Rogue and Wolverine in a machine that would awaken X-Genes in world leaders, and he had Emma watch Rogue for suspicious activity.
• After most students declined reserve positions, Piotr volunteered, trained with Dilos, and grew strong enough to fight Qin Jiayin to a standstill.
• Dilos set a trap to draw out Mystique, and Qin Jiayin and Piotr exposed her disguise and captured her after she tried to escape with a fake flash drive.

Dilos defeated Magneto, developed plans with Dr. Connors, and took control of the vampire conflict by killing Viktor, Marcus, and Amelia. He gained Selene’s allegiance and uncovered a likely location for Superman’s Fortress of Solitude before an awkward reunion with Lois Lane.

• Dilos broke through Magneto’s Magnetic Field after reaching Hua Jin, defeated him, and was captured by Ororo after he fell unconscious.
• Dilos recruited Dr. Connors to develop healing serums and symbiote research, while also stealing the materials and data they needed.
• Dilos investigated Lex’s discoveries about Clark and an alien prophecy, then led an operation against the vampires and captured Amelia.
• Dilos exposed Viktor’s murder of Sonja, helped Selene behead Viktor, and killed Marcus and Amelia before promising the vampires a way to live in sunlight.
• Dilos’s allies obtained Alexander Corvinus’s blood, and Selene tested the resulting Perfect Blood in sunlight before pledging her support to Dilos.
• Dilos returned to Smallville with Selene and learned from Lex that a Kryptonian crystal pointed to a location in the southern Arctic that Dilos recognized as Superman’s Fortress of Solitude.
• Dilos found Lois Lane at Chloe’s birthday party, where their old hostility resurfaced and left Chloe struggling to explain their history.
