Dilos built his strength and influence while investigating Smallville’s Metahumans and developing new abilities. After Cassandra warned that his presence could change the future, he confronted Harry Falk, who was hunting the descendants of jurors, and rescued Jonathan and Martha Kent.

• Dilos drew Clark’s blood for research, rescued Lex Luthor from a car crash, and began investigating the Metahumans behind a string of attacks.
• Dilos freed Clark from a Green Kryptonite necklace and fought Jeremy Quick, killing him in self-defense after Jeremy attacked with lightning.
• Dilos discovered he could sense emotions and use hypnotic suggestions, then recovered rapidly through Tiger-Leopard Thunder Sound.

Dilos left Smallville, joined Dr. Connors’s laboratory, and secretly developed a spider serum that transformed his body and abilities. As Kingpin’s plans unleashed chaos and monstrous creatures in the streets, Dilos escaped with Qin Jiayin while the crisis spread.

• Dilos left Smallville after revealing Clark’s powers to Chloe through a video, then began working with Dr. Connors in New York.
• Dilos befriended Peter Parker and used his access to Dr. Connors’s laboratory to study Richard Parker’s research and develop experimental spider serums.
• Dilos injected himself with a serum made from second-generation mutant spider venom and gained enhanced strength, claws, heightened senses, Spider-Sense, and adhesion.
• After thieves stole Dr. Connors’s experimental serums, Dilos discovered his new abilities and concealed the evidence of his own experiments.
• Dilos met Qin Jiayin, defended her from a prejudiced restaurant owner, and later exchanged contact information with her.
• Kingpin ordered Train to begin their plan, and a sudden traffic catastrophe left Dilos unable to contact Chloe, Gabe, or anyone else.
• Dilos and Qin Jiayin hid from two enormous Lizard Monsters as they hunted people, then Dilos carried her up a wall to escape.

Dilos survived the Lizard Monsters’ rampage, killed Kingpin, and returned home after protecting Dr. Connors and spending time with the students at Xavier’s school. Back in Smallville, he reconnected with Chloe and Clark, began planning to build a force of his own, and rushed toward a crash at a museum reception.

• Dilos killed one Lizard Monster by attacking its brain, then burned the second with a tanker explosion after luring it through the streets.
• Qin Jiayin healed Dilos after his fight, and Ororo invited him to stay at Xavier’s school, where Dilos comforted Kitty Pryde.
• Dilos learned that Kingpin’s supervirus had caused the Day of Purgatory and that Obadiah had secretly sold weapons to him.
• Dilos flew with Ororo to North New York after Kingpin abducted Dr. Connors, then rescued Connors and fought Kingpin.
• Dilos tricked Kingpin into falling from a skyscraper, refused Coulson’s offer to join S.H.I.E.L.D., and watched Tony Stark burn Kingpin’s body.
• Dilos altered Dr. Connors’s memories, spent time with the students, and returned to Smallville, where he reunited with Chloe, Clark, and Gabe.
• Dilos asked Lex to help him build a force of his own, then attended a reception where he told Clark about his powers without revealing that he knew Clark was an alien.
• Dilos heard a crash and breaking glass at the museum entrance and rushed outside.

Dilos and Lex took control of International Genetic Technologies and used a serum derived from Lex’s blood to fight a deadly infection on the dinosaur islands. Dilos developed powerful mutant dinosaurs while Lex gained control of LuthorCorp, and the arc ended with Dilos heading to Gotham after traces of Werewolf genes were found in a murder investigation.

• Dilos erased Frank’s memories after the officer witnessed the aftermath of Clark stopping a runaway bus, then revealed his memory-altering power to Lex and won his trust.
• Dilos and Lex gained control of International Genetic Technologies by altering board members’ memories and securing shares, then went to Isla Sorna to restore Jurassic Park.
• Jack’s team captured young dinosaurs, but the Stegosauruses died with bloodless, shriveled bodies, and a swarm of red-eyed Compsognathus attacked the soldiers.
• Dilos fought off the Compsognathus, found similarly shriveled corpses, and treated bitten soldiers with a serum made from Lex’s blood.
• Dilos and Lex sold the serum to the military and S.H.I.E.L.D., while Nick Fury ordered Coulson to deepen ties with Lex and sent Black Widow to meet Bruce Wayne.
• After Lionel’s execution, Lex took control of LuthorCorp and Dilos became its second-largest shareholder, then Dilos tested a Metamorphosis Serum on Adam Jones and advanced his dinosaur research.
• Dilos created an exceptionally strong mutant Velociraptor, which killed a corporate spy, and decided to develop controllable dinosaur infantry.
• Dilos found human, wolf, and unknown genes in blood samples from murdered employees and went to Gotham, while Bruce Wayne prepared to confront the creature behind the killings.
