Adamantine Saber-toothed Tiger and Armor-piercing Rhinoceros

The four of them lay prone in the grass, using the surrounding shrubs to conceal themselves.

It let out a thunderous tiger roar at the Armor-piercing Rhinoceros in the distance. Then white light began gathering in its mouth, as though it were charging something.

The instant Xie Yue saw the white light emerging from the saber-toothed tiger's mouth, he could not help muttering.

Half an hour later, after another deafening crash, the golden body of the saber-toothed tiger bore three holes gouged open by the rhinoceros's horn. Its damaged internal organs could faintly be seen through them.

The Armor-piercing Rhinoceros was no better off. Several deep gashes had been torn into its thick neck by the tiger's hard fangs, blood spraying from them as if it cost nothing.
