I've been thinking things over!
I admit I was wrong!
(This isn't a notice that I'm dropping the story, so don't worry.)
This book started when I watched episode seven of season five of The Boys.
After I finished watching, I thought, Homelander already had V1 and such powerful heat vision—how could he still lose?
But his ending was already set in stone, wasn't it? It wouldn't make any sense if he didn't die.
And that really bothered me.
Homelander's actor was just too good at portraying a needy man-child so vividly.
As a result, in just five or six days, I put together an outline, the main plot threads, and the emotional arcs.
I also planned the clashes and reactions between characters from different universes down the line.
So, yes, I'm truly sorry!
I've received a lot of criticism about holding back the power levels and the cheat system, and I'm committed to making things right!
And I promise I absolutely will not hold back the power levels!!!
The Best Actor System is already finalized, and the story will also involve traveling across the multiverse and increasing power levels later on.
There's no changing that!
But I absolutely, absolutely won't hold back the power levels.
Also, I'll ask this timidly: the story hasn't had that many fights so far, has it? Ryan's combat ability... well, doesn't he have his dad?
