After the previous Primordial Realm incident, Lin Cheng could clearly feel that Civilization City had grown much weaker. Still, the artifact spirit had been willing to help him under those circumstances, which warmed Lin Cheng's heart. At the very least, this divine artifact was far easier to wield than the Creation Tower.
Perhaps that also had something to do with Civilization City no longer being at its peak.

The only slightly frustrating thing was that Lin Cheng discovered that whenever there was nothing to do, the artifact spirit would flee at top speed, vanishing with a whoosh.
