The sedan quickly drove out of Hancheng and onto the highway. It moved at a high speed, but fortunately, the black car did not use a standard license plate, so it was not subject to speed limits.

The interior of the sedan was quite comfortable; even when traversing some of the rougher sections of the road, the ride remained relatively smooth.

The space inside the car was also extremely generous.

Yang Chen, Wild Wolf, and Wang Teng sat in the back of the black sedan, yet they did not feel crowded at all, with plenty of extra room to spare.

Yang Chen took a chilled beverage from the car's small refrigerator and took a large gulp.

Although it was still morning, it did not affect Yang Chen's appetite in the slightest.

"Not bad!"

Yang Chen nodded faintly.

At this moment, Wild Wolf spoke up.

"By the way, Mr. Yang, let me introduce you to our General Manager of Jiangnan!"

Yang Chen set the drink down, a hint of interest appearing in his eyes.

Yang Chen nodded, then his lips curled as he leaned back in his seat and smiled. "I'm suddenly a little interested in this Grandmaster Chen!"

He was quite intrigued by such an existence.

The black sedan moved at high speed, covering one or two hundred kilometers toward Hancheng in just an hour.

"This car can fly?"

"The cars of Number 98 are all specially modified. Sometimes, when we're in a rush and don't want to wait in line, we just use the flight function," Wild Wolf explained.

The black sedan streaked across the sky and soon arrived before an incredibly tall building, upon which were large black characters.

Number 98!

In Hancheng, the Number 98 facility was built at the foot of a small hill outside the city because Hancheng was simply too small to accommodate it.

Jiangnan was different. As a provincial capital, it naturally had enough space for the Number 98 building to be established within its borders.

The black sedan slowed to a stop in a parking space exclusive to Number 98, and Wild Wolf led Yang Chen and Wang Teng out of the vehicle.

Looking at the massive entrance, Yang Chen felt a wave of shock.

The doors were made of glass, and two soldiers in military uniforms stood tall and straight at the entrance. When Yang Chen sensed them, he discovered that the two guards were both D-rank ability users!

One had to realize that in Hancheng, a D-rank ability user could be considered somewhat famous!

Yet here, they were only fit to stand guard!

Furthermore, among the people walking in and out of the Number 98 entrance, not a single one was below the rank of D!

E-rank ability users were a rare sight here!

Most of them were D-rank or C-rank powerhouses.

There were B-rank ability users as well, though they were fewer in number compared to the other two ranks.

Even so, it was enough to shock Yang Chen.

Back in Hancheng, it was very difficult for Yang Chen to even see an ability user. While that was partly due to the management of Number 98, it was truly difficult nonetheless.

"Let's go!"

Wild Wolf called out to Yang Chen and said with a smile.

He then led Yang Chen and Wang Teng straight into the Number 98 building.

The moment they entered, the scenery shifted, and countless high-tech products appeared before Yang Chen's eyes.

Fluorescent screens floated everywhere, displaying various missions for ability users. In the very center of the lobby, an elderly man with sleepy eyes sat there.

Yet, the ability users passing by all cast respectful glances toward the old man.

Wild Wolf brought Yang Chen and Wang Teng before the elder, but before Wild Wolf could speak, a sarcastic voice rang out in their ears.

"Yo, isn't this our A-rank ability user, Wild Wolf?"
