A cluster of underwater buildings lay half-buried in sand and rubble at the base of the cliff.

It was far larger than the underground outpost in Baihe Province. At least seven or eight Stone Chambers were connected together, linked by corridors and passageways. The overall layout fanned outward, with the largest main hall at the center.
