Along a quiet flower-lined path, the beautiful young woman, who had been wearing a seductive smile and swaying as she walked, was startled when she heard Hu Liena's words.
She nearly lost her footing and fell.
The color drained from her face in an instant, leaving it deathly pale.
The beautiful young woman first glanced around in a panic. Only after confirming that no one was nearby and that no divine sense was probing them did she pat her heaving chest in lingering fear. Then, lowering her voice, she scolded Hu Liena sharply:
"You reckless girl, who told you to mention those four words?!"
"Forget the Nine Heavens and Ten Earths—even in the Heavens and Myriad Worlds, that place is unspeakable!"
"If certain people with designs on it hear you, it won't just be you who suffers. Your one careless remark could bring disaster down on the entire Hehuan Sect."
Hu Liena flinched at the sudden scolding, her delicate body trembling. Her alluring fox eyes were filled with fear.
She swallowed nervously, then asked in a trembling, confused voice:
"P-P...Senior, is it really that serious?"
"From what I've seen, the Hehuan Sect is so impressive, and your strength is unfathomable. Is the gap between us and that Primordial Immortal Court really that great?"

But then she seemed to remember something, and her expression turned rueful.
"Yet even True Immortals can only bow their heads and submit before the Primordial Immortal Court. They wouldn't dare act recklessly."
"Why?" Hu Liena finally couldn't hold back any longer. Seizing the opportunity, she asked the question that had puzzled her most.
