The Water Dragon King continued his account, his tone growing somewhat somber:

"The Dragon God descended into madness because of this, and the power of destruction surged forth from within Him."

"The nine great Dragon Kings fought a bloody battle in an attempt to bring Him to His senses, and a multitude of powerful dragon kin fell one after another."

Ye Qiong furrowed his brows:

"Then how did the Dragon God fall?"

The Fire Dragon King let out a cold snort:

"It was none other than that group of God Kings led by the Asura God!"

"We sought their help, hoping they would join forces to restrain Him, but who would have thought..."

The Fire Dragon King grew angrier as he spoke, forcing the Water Dragon King to interrupt him:

"At that time, the decisive battle erupted in the tidal zone at the edge of the universe."

The image on the water screen shifted once more.

Five rays of divine light collided violently with a single dragon shadow beside a gray tidal zone.

The Asura God's sword aura unleashed a strike of destruction, imbued with the sharpest killing power in the world.

Before the Dragon God went completely insane, He released His origin as if detonating Himself.

The two forces exploded beside the tidal zone, actually tearing a rift open within it.

The Water Dragon King gazed at the image, his voice carrying a weariness that spanned millions of years:

"The Space Dragon King was dead, and the Time Dragon King was on the verge of death."

"No one could repair this rift."

Ye Qiong watched the rift in the image, and a sudden, ominous premonition arose in his heart.

"They invaded our universe, devouring countless stars. Wherever they passed, planets were shattered, and countless living beings were consumed along with their galaxies!"

Ye Qiong watched the scene in the image where those ancient beasts swallowed a planet in one gulp, his eyes widening in shock.

He immediately asked:

"Do these kinds of ancient beasts... possess intelligence?"

The Water Dragon King shook his head:

"No, they only have the instinct to gorge themselves."

This sentence struck Ye Qiong's mind like a bolt of lightning.

He stood frozen in place, staring at the giant beasts in the image.

The surviving dragons stood at the edge of the tidal belt, facing the rift.

Ye Qiong watched the screen as the remaining Dragon Kings led their kin in a desperate struggle against the ancient beasts, filling the hole wave after wave, and he was deeply shaken.

Yet, he did not interrupt the two Dragon Kings, listening quietly instead.

"As long as that hole did not close, those ancient beasts would continue to pour through endlessly."

"And at that time, we never thought of retreating."

"Only because behind us lay the home upon which we relied for survival."

"The rift was eventually filled by us, but we paid an immense price for it."

"I, the Fire Dragon King, and even the Mountain Dragon King and the other Dragon Kings all perished in that battle."

After the Water Dragon King finished speaking, the Fire Dragon King let out a long sigh:

"Alas, to think of how glorious our dragon race once was."

"Yet in the end, there is no longer a place for our dragon race in this universe."

"Our dragon race almost vanished from the cosmos in that battle."

The scene shifted.

The remains of the dragon race drifted through the vast void, falling toward a distant blue planet.

Douluo Planet accepted these final remains.

The dragon remains scattered across the planet slept deep within the earth, transforming into one dragon tomb after another.

And the Ice and Fire Yin-Yang Well was one of them.

Ye Qiong looked at the spring of coexisting ice and fire in the image, and realization dawned on him.

The residual power from the fused remains of the Water Dragon King and the Fire Dragon King had permeated the earth, nourishing this territory known as the Sunset Forest.

He remained silent for a moment before speaking slowly:

"The God Realm... erased this battle from the records?"

Facing Ye Qiong's question, the Water Dragon King's voice remained calm:

"They branded our Father God as the source of the rebellion and labeled our dragon race as accomplices."

"And the existence of that rift and the ancient star beasts has never been written into any record."

The Fire Dragon King's indignant voice also rang out:

"The survivors chose to forget, but the energy barrier on the tidal belt will remember the sacrifice of our dragon race."

"Our dragon race did not perish!"

"We all transformed into a wall, a wall named Heaven Mending!"

The Fire Dragon King's words were resonant and powerful, ringing like a deafening bell in Ye Qiong's ears.

The Fire Dragon King's gaze fell upon Ye Qiong once more, heavy and solemn:

"Human, we have only one final wish."

"I hope you can find the remains of the other Dragon Kings and obtain their inheritance."

"Because the barrier we formed is not an eternal solution; one day, those ancient beasts will break through the barrier again and return."

"I hope you can guard everything in this universe on our behalf."

Ye Qiong looked at the two Dragon Kings one last time and revealed a confident smile:

"I will, because, after all, I am a Trailblazer."
