He uncovered suspicions around the Bronze Holy Palace, met the Great Xia princes, and began guiding Xia Wuju toward a confrontation with the Mistveil Sect’s favored disciple.

• Ye Lin defeated the Nether General with Phoenix Fire and pure-yang attacks, while Liu Bai drove off Lu Guan and Ye Lin executed Blood Daoist.
• Nangong Yunfeng punished the family elders and stayed behind to take responsibility for the Nangong Family, while Ye Lin and Liu Bai returned with Nangong Yunlan to the Firmament Sacred Land.
• After a year of rest, Ye Lin entered an immense mountain and emerged in an unfamiliar world, where Ye Lingxi drew him into her escape from Mistveil Sect assassins.
• Ye Lin learned that Ye Lingxi was poisoned by Annihilation Powder and agreed to escort her to Medicine King Valley in exchange for cultivation resources.
• A golden-robed cultivator pursued Ye Lingxi over a message about “Three Rivers,” but Ye Lin trapped him in his domain and defeated him.
• Ye Lin and Ye Lingxi reached the Great Xia capital, where Xia Hongwei welcomed them and condemned Mistveil Sect’s attack on Ye Lingxi.
• Xia Wuju told Ye Lin about a Mistveil Sect disciple who had surpassed him with three incarnations, and Ye Lin secretly taught Xia Wuju the basics of domains.

Ye Lin obtained One Breath Becomes Three Purities from Chu Yunxiao, then left with Ye Lingxi after Xia Jiang destroyed the Mistveil Sect. Meanwhile, Hong Batian met the Ancient Royal Clan’s Liu Yue as their elder arranged a match between them.

• Five Mistveil Sect poisoners pursued Ye Lingxi through the Great Xia Imperial Capital, but Ye Lin rescued her and left their Identity Token with Xia Hongwei.
• Ye Lin accompanied Xia Wuju to the Mistveil Sect, where Xia Wuju confronted Chu Yunxiao and drove him from the sect.
• Ye Lin waited for Chu Yunxiao at Mystic Heaven Sacred Valley, obtained One Breath Becomes Three Purities from him, and learned that Chu’s fate ended in terror at the River of Time.
• Ye Lin returned to find the Mistveil Sect burning, and Xia Jiang emerged victorious with the Grand Elder’s head before giving Ye Lin a piece of golden wood.
• Ye Lin took Ye Lingxi away from the Great Xia Imperial Capital and promised that someone could cure the Annihilation Powder poisoning her.
• Hong Batian returned to the Phoenix Clan, where his parents welcomed him and arranged for him to meet the Ancient Royal Clan’s young princess.
• Hong Batian traveled to the Ancient Holy Mountain, severed Wan Cang’s arm for the late welcome, and met the clan chief at Void Palace.
• Liu Yue arrived at Void Palace, and the clan chief introduced her to Hong Batian as the wife he had chosen for her.

Hong Batian and Cang Yun uncovered an invasion by strange entities during the Ancient Royal Clan’s trial, and Hong Batian left with Hong Yue after the clan tried to suppress news of the deaths. The story then shifted to Ye Lin as he tried to revive a woman and discovered Chu Yunxiao had awakened.

• Liu Yue confirmed that Hong Batian was her fiancé, and Cang Yun challenged him over their engagement before Hong Batian agreed to compete with him in the trial.
• Hong Batian entered the Cloud Mist Secret Realm, defeated two ambushers, and took Hong Yue with him toward Dark Moon Lake.
• At Dark Moon Lake, a demonic dragon attacked Cang Yun, and Zayik, Helen, and Bal Rakshasa appeared as bizarre ones.
• Hong Batian escaped Zayik with Hong Yue while Cang Yun fought Helen and Bal Rakshasa, who killed Wang San before Cang Yun defeated Bal Rakshasa.
• Hong Batian killed Helen and Bal Rakshasa, and Cang Yun gathered the survivors and asked Hong Batian to keep the strange entities’ attack secret.
• Hong Batian refused to conceal the threat, then left the secret realm with Hong Yue as Liu Yue parted from him and returned to her father’s Void Palace.
• Ye Lin brought Ye Lingxi to a cave and used his immortal power and her Fire-Expelling Pill to try to revive a woman in a red dress.
• Ye Lin told Ye Lingxi she would be cured, then discovered a huge black lump outside the cave and learned from his status display that Chu Yunxiao had awakened.

Ye Lin infiltrated the Ten Thousand Demon Cavern, obtained the Life Creation Pill, and advanced to the Heavenly Immortal realm before claiming the Glazed Immortal Gold. After rescuing Murong Hanxuan, he learned that he was on the Outer-Realm Treasure Island and that escape required reaching the True Immortal Realm and killing three heavenly prodigies of the Star River Cosmos.

• He Yunyu cured Ye Lingxi of Annihilation Powder, recovered her memories as the Saintess of the Skyward Sect, and left after Ye Lin and Ye Lingxi refused her offer.
• Ye Lin seized Song Qi’s Identity Token, forced him to reveal the Life Creation Pill’s location in the Ten Thousand Demon Cavern, and killed him.
• Ye Lin parted from Ye Lingxi, learned of Chu Yunxiao’s opportunity to obtain Glazed Immortal Gold, and entered the Ten Thousand Demon Cavern disguised as a black crow.
• Ye Lin entered the guarded cavern with the Identity Token, took the Life Creation Pill, and refined it to reach the Heavenly Immortal realm.
• Ye Lin exposed Chu Yunxiao at the Demon Race gathering, followed his escape into a cavern, and obtained the Glazed Immortal Gold from the Mystic Crystal Mountain Range.
• Ye Lin rescued Murong Hanxuan from a stone man, and Murong Hanxuan defeated the attacker with his trump cards after Ye Lin was struck down.
• Ye Lin blocked Murong Hanxuan’s departure and demanded information about their location and how to escape.
• Murong Hanxuan identified the Outer-Realm Treasure Island, explained its escape requirements, and told Ye Lin that killing him would transfer his cultivation, fortune, techniques, and memories.
