Ye Lin survived the mortal desert trial with the help of White Lotus’s caravan, then entered the Heavenly Court’s third trial and was ordered to hunt a Human Race prodigy. The mission brought him face-to-face with Xu Feng, who rejected the Heavenly Court and accused Ye Lin of betraying his people.

• As the Human Race gained a Primordial Unity Golden Immortal and claimed ancestral territory, the Heavenly Court declared war and assigned Ye Lin to lead troops into a world.
• Ye Lin kept his soldiers from launching an immediate attack, then sent them undercover to obstruct the Human Race while prioritizing their survival.
