Origins and Ancient Ancestor

The Human Race is descended from an Ancient Ancestor born when Chaos qi filled the Star River Cosmos. This ancestor was invincible from birth through physical strength alone and nearly dominated the universe before departing for a more distant place. Modern humans retain only an extremely faint remnant of this bloodline. 2351

Although the Human Race is commonly believed to possess no innate bloodline, awakening the Ancient Ancestor bloodline can allow a human to surpass divine and immortal bodies in physical combat. 2351

A dream experienced by Ye Lin depicts a young man scattering his blood to create humanity; the humans born from that blood endure oppression and eventually become a powerful race. Ye Lin believed the figure may have been the Human Race’s creator. 2496

Primordial and Ancient Eras

Human traditions also recount the rise of a figure known as the Heavenly Emperor during an earlier dark age. He united the Human Race, led it against hostile races, and raised it into the ranks of the peak races. 713
