Ye Lin and Dugu Feng crossed the Void Sea, joined Purple Cloud and her sisters, and fought the Blood Demon Sect over the Sacred Blood Scythe. After the sisters hunted the Flood Dragon King, Ye Lin found a True Dragon’s Dragon Ball, and the group arrived at Purple Cloud Holy City.

• Ye Lin and Dugu Feng emerged from the Void Sea and met Ziyun, Zi Xin, and Zi Lan, who invited them to join the hunt for a Flood Dragon King.
• The young men traveling with the sisters revealed their scheme, and three Blood Demon Sect cultivators attacked the group.
• Ye Lin killed Wang Hong, then took the Sacred Blood Scythe from Li Zhigang and defeated him with the Time Measuring Ruler while Dugu Feng fought the other attackers.
• The Purple Sky Heavenly Palace Sect Master destroyed the Blood Demon Sect’s base, while the sect leaders discussed Ye Lin’s strength and the value of befriending him.
• At the Vast Sea, Purple Cloud and her sisters fought the Flood Dragon King, while Ye Lin entered its Dragon Palace to investigate the treasure beneath the seabed.
• Ye Lin found a True Dragon’s remains and took its Dragon Ball after opening the skull with the Xuanyuan Sword, while Dugu Feng declined to claim it.
• Zi Yun and her sisters killed the Flood Dragon King and claimed its Dragon Ball, then set out with Ye Lin and Dugu Feng for Purple Cloud Holy City.
• Ziyun led Ye Lin and Dugu Feng into Purple Cloud Holy City and explained the city’s defenses and the floating Purple Sky Heavenly Palace above it.

Ye Lin pursued opportunities to raise his standing before learning of a plot to break the Blood Pool’s seal. On the way, he saved Chu Ling from the Great Peace Holy Sect and agreed to take her with him to the Blood Pool.

• Yun Feng told Ye Lin and Dugu Feng about Dragon Island and the coming struggle among True Immortals, and Ye Lin set out to improve his Genius Ranking.
• Ye Lin killed Xuanming and took his place on the Genius Ranking, then refused Liu Feng’s plan to lure Demon Race geniuses with a Dragon Blood Crystal.
• The Four Heavenly Kings attacked Ye Lin over the Sacred Blood Scythe, but Ye Lin defeated them and learned from Su Yun that Demonic Cultivators planned to break the Blood Pool’s seal.
• Ye Lin forced Su Yun to guide him toward the Blood Pool in the Tenth Domain, where they came upon Chu Ling facing Lu Chen and the Great Peace Holy Sect.
• Ye Lin fought Lu Chen and his three companions, killed one with Sword Nine, and destroyed the remaining three with a powerful Sword Qi attack.
• Ye Lin learned that Chu Ling carried a partial Human Emperor bloodline and saw that her fate involved finding a Crimson God Fruit that could destroy a curse.
• Chu Ling asked to accompany Ye Lin to the Blood Pool, and Ye Lin agreed while warning her that he would not save her again.

Ye Lin followed the demonic sects’ assault on the Blood Pool and was caught in their scheme to sacrifice the Tenth Domain. Luo Yao arrived in time to help him destroy the Void-Refining Grand Formation, but a Primordial Unity Mystic Immortal then questioned her presence in the Central Continent.

• Ye Lin helped Chu Ling transform the Crimson God Fruit, then left Su Yun behind and hurried toward the Blood Pool as the major demonic sects gathered to attack it.
• The demonic forces shattered the Heaven-Shrouding Grand Formation, exposing the Blood Pool, while a Primordial Unity Mystic Immortal warned that no one could act during the confinement period.
• Ye Lin sent the Heaven-Devouring Demon Jar and the Blooddrinking Sword of the Fallen Emperor into the Blood Pool to absorb its blood and aura as he cultivated nearby.
• The four great demonic sects sealed the Tenth Domain with the Void-Refining Grand Formation, corrupting the Blood Pool and driving cultivators mad as the formation consumed their vital essence.
• Ye Lin fought off the maddened cultivators and faced a deadly strike powered by Blood Crystals, but a Great River appeared and destroyed the attack, the Blood Pool, and the deviated cultivators.
• Luo Yao found Ye Lin and revealed that Great River had brought her to him, then showed him the bracelet her aunt had refined.
• Ye Lin summoned Great River to break the Void-Refining Grand Formation, freeing the trapped cultivators and forcing the demonic sects to retreat.
• Jian Nantian identified Luo Yao as a mortal and questioned how she had reached the Central Continent, while a Primordial Unity Mystic Immortal warned that such immortals could not leave seclusion before Dragon Island opened.

Ye Lin and Luo Yao reached Falling Moon City, where Zhang Feng drew Ye Lin into a scheme involving the Dragon Blood Crystal and the Demon Race geniuses. As the trap at Falling Moon Cliff sparked a battle, Ye Lin fought Wang Mingyang and revealed that he could extinguish the Golden Crow’s divine flame.

• Ye Lin brought Luo Yao to Falling Moon City, where Demon Race prodigies gathered to pursue the Dragon Blood Crystal and Qin Feng arrived as another target of their attention.
• Zhang Feng approached Ye Lin, proposed they cooperate against Qin Feng and Wang Mingyang, and later summoned Ye Lin to Falling Moon Cliff when the Dragon Blood Crystal appeared.
• Qin Feng’s attempt to reach the crystal failed, and the gathered Demon Race prodigies charged into a Killing Formation while Liu Feng led more than a thousand Human Race prodigies against them.
• Zhang Feng and Shuang'er confronted Qin Feng and Wang Mingyang, then waited for Ye Lin to arrive and join the fight.
• Ye Lin battled Wang Mingyang in the heavens while Zhang Feng fought Qin Feng, and both duels escalated into clashes between powerful techniques and transformed forms.
• Wang Mingyang transformed into a three-legged Golden Crow and spread his Great Sun Divine Flame across the battlefield, forcing Ye Lin to defend himself.
