• Ye Lin defeated Wang Dong, completed his trial, and became a Level Three Heaven-Seeking Bureau agent.
• Ye Lin reunited with Xinyou, then registered with the Heaven-Seeking Bureau and received his Identity Token.
• After a thousand years of study, Ye Lin combined ten overdue assessments into a mission to find the Sacred Heart Lotus and set out with a guiding purple bead.
• The factions gathered around the lotus argued over who would claim it, while Xue Yunxuan and Guo Hua invoked the authority of the Divine Sword Sect.
• Liu Hei arrived with Black Mountain forces and refused to yield the lotus, but the Divine Sword Sect's Third Elder and Black Mountain's Deputy Mountain Master then contested it.
• Ye Lin arrived and used his Holy Palace Identity Token to make the Third Elder back down, then took the lotus.

Ye Lin defeated Ye Wen, gained a trove of cultivation essences, and began preparing for the Cloud Heaven Secret Realm. As Su Cheng challenged the Eastern Region Top Hundred and killed Zheng Shu, Ye Lin sought guidance from the Heavenly Blade Sage, who gave him two letters for potential candidates.

Ye Lin earned Sword Demon and Blade Fanatic’s allegiance by passing their trials, then joined them to warn the Eastern Region’s factions about unrest surrounding the Cloud Heaven Secret Realm. The arc ended with Ye Lin confronting the White Tiger Clan about rumors of its restlessness.

• Heavenly Blade Sage warned Ye Lin that Eastern Region factions were influencing events around the Cloud Heaven Secret Realm and ordered him to visit eight factions with his Dao Protectors.
• Blade Fanatic and Sword Demon arrived at Meteor Island, pledged to protect Ye Lin’s path, and accompanied him to the White Tiger Clan.
