Ye Lin and his companions crossed the Ancient Vine Forest, Thunderclap Valley, Bone-Eroding Swamp, and Phantom Light Maze to collect their Origin Crystals. They entered the Extinction Volcanoes in search of the final two and reached a vast underground lava lake after escaping an Earthfire Qilin.

• Ye Lin led Iron Hammer, Sword Demon, and Blade Fanatic through the Ancient Vine Forest, where Iron Hammer took an Origin Crystal from the Mother Vine before the group withdrew.
• Iron Hammer endured the lightning in Thunderclap Valley and retrieved its Origin Crystal, then the group crossed into Bone-Eroding Swamp.
• Ye Lin destroyed the rune-inscribed bones around the swamp’s altar, stopping the skeletons from reviving, and took another Origin Crystal.
• Ye Lin and his companions crossed the Phantom Light Maze, defeated its Mirror Demons, and Ye Lin seized the central Origin Crystal.
• Ye Lin led the group to the Extinction Volcanoes, where the map revealed that the final two Origin Crystals lay beneath the central volcano.
• Ye Lin and his companions entered the volcano’s caves and tried to slip past Lu Angwei and the black-robed cultivators, but a third-level Quasi-Saint Earthfire Qilin emerged and blocked their route.
• Ye Lin, Sword Demon, Blade Fanatic, and Iron Hammer escaped through the lava passage after the Earthfire Qilin turned on them, reaching a vast underground lava lake.

Ye Lin claimed the sword inheritance, forged a new flame, and gained a clearer path in the Sword Dao. He then conquered the Reverse Time Golden Tower and began testing the Hourglass of Time against Sword Demon.

Ye Lin and his companions entered the Tomb of Time to retrieve its source crystal in exchange for powerful treasures and a route to the Sword Dao Holy Land. After Ye Lin wounded the tomb’s nine Spirit Generals, his spatial rift began consuming the platform, leaving the group facing a spreading void as they pressed toward the tomb’s core.

• Ye Lin erased the Sword Demon’s full-strength attack with the Hourglass of Time, then led his companions west beyond the Crystal Plains while Qing Luo settled her people nearby.
• Ye Lin and his companions crossed the Law Turbulence Belt, fought powerful law creatures, and emerged into a void of floating crystal islands and sacred lands.
• Xuanwei identified Ye Lin’s Hourglass as the Time Scar Shell and offered treasures and information in exchange for it, then asked Ye Lin to retrieve the Cosmic Light Source Crystal from the Tomb of Time.
• Ye Lin accepted the mission and bought a Shadow-Tracing Mirror before joining Star Lord Wenqu and three other cultivators to enter the tomb.
• The group fought their way through the Lost Time Wasteland and crossed the River of Broken Flow after Ye Lin severed a giant hand made of temporal fragments.

• Ye Lin and his allies repaired the void fissure, claimed the completed Cosmic Light Hourglass, and traded it to Xuanwei for Holy Land information, treasures, and Identity Tokens.
• Ye Lin and his companions used the tokens to reach the Nine Heavens, found their matching Dao platforms, and accepted Void’s guidance through the dangerous formations.
• Ye Lin and Sword Demon presented their insights to the Sword Stele, and it recognized Ye Lin by forming a bridge to the Sword Dao Holy Land.
• Cangfeng offered Ye Lin the Sword Dao legacy, and Ye Lin accepted its three perilous stages rather than choose a broken sword.
