Luca had originally thought that his [Criminal Tracking Glasses] were far inferior to Tony Stark's "EDITH Glasses," lacking an intelligent voice system and likely being cumbersome to operate.
Who would have thought that this thing was controlled by brainwaves?
Dr. Agasa really has mastered the core "Conan-tech"!
Hmm, that's not quite right. It's also possible that the cheat code forcibly added this black-box capability to stay true to the original version.
Taking off the glasses, Luca rubbed his temples, feeling a slight headache.
He had originally intended to see if the technology behind the glasses—aside from the miniaturized integration that was far ahead of its time—was otherwise ordinary enough that he could take them apart and try to replicate them.
Now, however, how could Luca dare to entertain such thoughts?
After trying running, doing a handstand, and shaking his head, none of which managed to dislodge the glasses from his face, Luca completely gave up.
"Forget it, as long as the thing works well, that's enough."
However, this meant that Luca now had two of Dr. Agasa's "Conan-tech gadgets" in his possession, pushing his panel progress to "2/5."
Perhaps I could try consciously collecting three more items from the Conan world?
Although Luca already had the [Monkey Bomb] and the [Hexcore], which had also brought his "Arcane" item progress to "2/5," there was a catch.
For one, he still had no clue how to synthesize the [Hexcore], and he didn't have much of an idea what kind of "core components" the other "Arcane" items required, so he had temporarily set that matter aside.
The items from the "Conan world," however, were different.
Whether it was the Solar Skateboard, the Detective Badge, the Elastic Suspenders, the Soccer Belt, or the famous Stun-Gun Wristwatch, it was fairly obvious what kind of "core components" these things might require.
The "core components" corresponding to these items were themselves ordinary, everyday objects that weren't difficult to obtain.
He didn't even need to order them in bulk; he could just visit a few malls or toy stores, and he might be able to screen and test them in large quantities.
Luca was genuinely tempted to see what would happen once he reached "5/5."
But this wasn't something he could complete right now.
After experiencing the various functions of the [Tracking Glasses] a bit more, Luca didn't take them off again. He continued to work with Baymax to unpack the rest of the deliveries.
Unfortunately, perhaps his luck for the day had run out, as Luca didn't see any more glowing items.
Looking at the messy living room, Luca hesitated for a moment.
"Well, I'll let the cleaning staff handle it tomorrow."
Checking the time, it was nearly ten o'clock. Luca stretched and stood up from the floor, preparing to move on to his next task.
But before he could even stand steady, Shamira's voice came from afar.
"Young Master, you haven't eaten yet... hmm????"
Shamira, who had just walked into the living room, stopped mid-sentence. Her eyes immediately locked onto the white, chubby Baymax standing beside Luca, and she froze in place.
Baymax, having also noticed the sound of Shamira's footsteps, turned around. A pale green light shot from its eyes, and it began to scan her.
"Hello, I am Baymax. According to my scan, you have multiple underlying injuries. I suggest..."
Watching Baymax start its endless chatter, Luca rubbed his forehead in silence.
However, Luca didn't choose to interrupt its analysis immediately. He waited for a gap in Baymax's report on Shamira's physical condition before interjecting.
"This is a medical care robot I just finished making."
"Aunt Shamira, you should listen to its judgment and suggestions; it will be good for your health."
At this point, she was completely stunned, receiving the information Luca provided in a mechanical fashion.
Glancing at the mess in the living room, Shamira couldn't fathom how the random pile of junk on the floor could have been combined to create such a highly sophisticated, intelligent robot.
"Even for someone like me who knows nothing about technology, this is..."
Although he found Shamira's dazed expression quite amusing, Luca didn't offer any further explanation.
He simply pointed at Baymax, signaling her to listen carefully.
Then, he navigated around the cluttered floor, walked over to Shamira, and reached out to take the dinner she had brought him.
Luca sat on the carpet, eating his dinner while watching Baymax analyze how Shamira could regulate her health. A faint smile appeared on his face.
It wasn't until Baymax finished its long-winded explanation that Luca finally chimed in.
"Baymax, from now on, do not scan anyone's physical condition without my permission."
"Also, you need my consent before connecting to the network or hacking into other electronic devices."
"Understood. This instruction has been added to the data protocol." (●-●)
Watching the white, chubby robot respond so naturally to Luca, Shamira finally found the chance to speak, asking in amazement.
"Young Master, this... did you really just make this??"
"Mhm, a little invention."
Having already wolfed down the food on his plate, Luca set the cutlery aside and gave the answer without batting an eye.
It wasn't that Luca insisted on showing off in front of those close to him.
Explaining such things was far too troublesome, so he simply let it slide with a vague remark.
Shamira first poked Baymax's large, round belly with cautious curiosity, but her eyes dimmed shortly after.
"I suppose this robot was painstakingly crafted because Young Master Luca wanted to treat Madam Gina, wasn't it?"
Though this thought crossed her mind, Shamira did not ask aloud.
She had been present when the doctor described Gina's condition earlier, so she had a general understanding of the situation.
Shamira did not believe that this robot could help Gina recover.
Although the young master is a genius, electrical engineering and medicine are clearly different fields. Sigh, as long as the young master is happy, that is all that matters.
However, just as Shamira was thinking this, Luca spoke up once more.
"Aunt Shamira, accompany me to the hospital tomorrow. I need Baymax to scan Mother's symptoms."
Upon hearing this, Shamira looked at Luca in surprise, a glimmer of anticipation faintly appearing in her eyes.
"Young Master, you mean!"
"Yes, Mother's illness might be treatable, but I must confirm the symptoms first."
