Seven vs. Seven Mixed Match

As the highest-cultivated participant, Ma Xiaotao led one side of the training match and chose Bei Bei and Huo Yu'er. She opened by attacking Lin Shuo with support from Xi Xi, Chen Zifeng, and Yao Haoxuan, believing the four-ring Soul Ancestor to be the opposing team's weakest point. 41

Lin Shuo repelled her first punch with overwhelming physical power, forcing her to change tactics and rely on repeated long-range phoenix attacks. His Seven-Colored Domain eventually suppressed her Evil Fire Phoenix martial soul completely, compelling her to concede defeat. 42 44

Shrek Inspection Group Mission

Ma Xiaotao explained the group's mission to eliminate the Death Messenger's bandits in the Mingdou Mountain Range. During the operation, she escaped the corpse explosions but was hurled into a rock wall and vomited blood; her phoenix flames were nearly extinguished. 45 46
