Xu Mengqing glanced at the sun outside the window. It was about time. He took a deep breath, calmed his emotions, and stepped out of the small courtyard.

When he pushed open the door and entered the house, Meng Ling'er was already busy at the stove making breakfast, while Xu Zhan sat at the dining table, waiting early. Seeing Xu Mengqing enter, Meng Ling'er said with a smile, "Meng Qing, are you done cultivating? Go wake Nana up! She's starting school today."

"Okay, Mom." Xu Mengqing answered, then quickly headed upstairs.

Pushing open his bedroom door, he softly woke Nana, who was still asleep in bed. "Nana, wake up. It's getting late. Get ready for school."

Xu Mengqing nodded and did not disturb Nana further. He left the room and waited outside the door.
