Hook the Pitch-Black

Stelle heard this and pointed at a treasure chest not far away.

"See? Isn't there Stellar Jade over there? Once we deal with these people, we'll go open the chest."

March 7th agreed right away. There seemed to be quite a few treasure chests in Belobog; she had already spotted several Common Treasure Chests nearby.

Without Gepard's shield, all the Silvermane Guards present were quickly knocked down by Dan Heng.

March 7th looked at Gepard and sighed helplessly.

"Why won't you listen? We really aren't with that guy."

Stelle patted March 7th.

"March, show him the photos. Didn't you take pictures of their planet?"

Only after Stelle reminded her did March 7th remember. She immediately took out the photos and showed them to Gepard.

After looking at them, Gepard finally believed that March 7th and the other two were not associated with Sampo.

Gepard vaguely recalled records in books stating that visitors from beyond the stars had often arrived before the Eternal Freeze descended.

"Hurry up and take me to the Underworld."

Better to visit the Underworld first.

Sampo pleaded bitterly.

"My dear sir, the entrance to the Underworld has been sealed off. Friend, Old Sampo really has no way to take you down there."

Ye Yun kicked Sampo in the butt.

"Get moving. Don't you have a secret passage? We'll use that."

Sampo's eyes widened. What the hell? How did this guy know about his secret passage?

This guy should be visiting Belobog for the first time, right? Why did he know him so well? Could he be an old friend from the tavern? No, that couldn't be it. He didn't have the power of the Path of Elation on him either.

Forget it. He would take this guy down first, or Old Sampo's butt would get kicked again.

Sampo hurriedly led Ye Yun toward his secret tunnel.

Following the tunnel, Ye Yun successfully arrived in the Underworld.

The pungent smell of coal slag and mineral waste in the air made Ye Yun frown.

The real Underworld was truly awful. Mineral waste and discarded tools littered the ground everywhere.

Ye Yun turned around, intending to have Sampo take him to Natasha, only to discover that Sampo had slipped away at some point.

As the leader of The Moles, Natasha oversaw the supplies of all Boulder Town.

Given Natasha's status, she could surely gather enough Stellar Jade with ease.

With no other choice, Ye Yun could only ask around while searching for Natasha's clinic.

Ye Yun suddenly felt pain in his kidney, as if something heavy had slammed into it.

"Ow!"

A wail rang out. Ye Yun turned around and saw a little girl with short golden hair sitting on the ground, clutching her forehead.

Ye Yun recognized her at a glance. Wasn't this Hook the Pitch-Black?

Ye Yun helped her up.

"Are you all right, Hook?"

Hook shook her head.

"I'm fine."

Hook looked up at Ye Yun.

"Who are you? How do you know my name?"

Ye Yun smiled.

"Of course I know. Who hasn't heard of the famous Hook?"

Hook became a little lightheaded after Ye Yun suddenly praised her.

"Hmph! Of course! I'm Hook the Pitch-Black! You've got good eyes, recognizing me at a glance. Hehe~" With the air of a little adult, Hook happily patted Ye Yun's thigh.

As for why she patted his thigh? Did that even need asking? Hook the Pitch-Black could only reach that high.

Hook looked at Ye Yun.

"What's your name? I don't know your name yet."

Ye Yun said,

"My name is Ye Yun."

Ye Yun then asked,

"Does Hook the Pitch-Black know where Natasha is?"

The moment Hook heard Natasha's name, her body trembled reflexively.

"T-The old witch!"

Ye Yun could not help sighing. Hook was truly afraid of Natasha—just hearing her name was enough to scare her.

"Yes. Does Hook know where Natasha is? I need to see her about something."

The old witch might be fierce, but she treated Hook very well. Hook could not casually bring strangers to her.

Hook took the candy and popped it into her mouth.

Ye Yun waved the bag of candy in his hand a few times.

"Well? Will you take me there? Don't worry, I'm only looking to do business with Natasha. I won't hurt her."
