Honami initially approaches Wu Qiao because her [Life Simulator] presents him as a potentially catastrophic “tyrant” figure. After overhearing evidence of his deal with Hoshinomiya Chie, she becomes frightened by his apparent ruthlessness but agrees to an alliance when he offers to assist Class B during future special exams.
