"This game has way too many Side Quests! My brain's overloaded!"
After leaving the Manichaeism of the beginner village, the game entered its first map area: Zhuge Yu's hometown, Changkong Village.
Unlike the Manichaeism sect on the mountain, Changkong Village was much larger.
And it had far more side storylines.
Back at Manichaeism, Zhang Yi had already noticed that the game contained plenty of side storylines.
Many items discovered by accident were useful, and they were linked together like nesting dolls.
For example, when climbing the mountain at the beginning, a wooden barrier blocked the path. Players had to find a bottle of Decay Agent and use it to corrode the barrier before they could break through.
Normally, one would assume the Decay Agent was only meant for corroding that wooden barrier and would have little use afterward.

In RPGs like "Final Fantasy" and "Xenoblade Chronicles," Side Quests usually just involved killing a few minor monsters or finding some item or person.
While "Amazing Cultivation Simulator" began and ended much the same way, the process itself was far from simple.
The whole experience leaned more toward investigation, deduction, and puzzle-solving.
Players had to activate their mental palaces and use their clever little brains to figure out how to complete the Side Quests.
And quite a few of those quests offered generous rewards.
Some gave martial arts and Mind Methods,
