God Realm Committee Headquarters.
The towering palace radiated boundless golden light. This was the highest point of the God Realm, its most dazzling place of light, and the center of power in the God Realm.
The God Realm Committee governed the God Realm, upheld the rules between the God Realm and the lower realms, and held the duty of judging the gods.
Within the main hall of the octagonal palace, countless screens flickered across every wall, displaying endlessly shifting scenes.
Each screen represented a mortal planet under the God Realm's jurisdiction. This was where the God Realm Committee monitored every life-bearing planet within the starfield governed by the God Realm.
Through these screens, the committee members could observe any location on every planet.
At the very center of the hall stood a round table.
At that moment, the air beside the round table twisted slightly. Five figures of light appeared, gradually solidifying as they took the five seats around the table.
These five were the two God Kings—the Evil God and the God of Kindness—and the three enforcers: the God of Destruction, the Goddess of Life, and the Asura God.
All five were among the oldest and most powerful deities in the God Realm.
Seated at the head of the table was the Evil God. Dressed in a black robe, he appeared to be an exceptionally handsome young man, with a slightly wicked smile always lingering at the corners of his mouth.
"What do you all think?" the Evil God asked.
The God of Destruction shrugged and spoke first. "In my view, that old High Priest is merely being alarmist. He's just a human brat—how could he possibly bring a great crisis upon the God Realm?"
The Evil God continued to smile. "The High Priest's prophecies have never been wrong.
