• Liu Erlong, Yu Xiaogang, and Flender agreed to oppose Lu Chen, while Lu Chen helped Zhu Zhuqing obtain a Ghost Leopard Spirit Ring and discussed human and Spirit Beast coexistence with Xiao Wu.
• Lu Chen gave Dugu Bo and Dugu Yan Spirit Bones, helped Xiao Wu and Zhu Zhuqing gain Immortal Herb power and new abilities, and established the Longevity Sect’s halls and academy.
• Lu Chen refused an alliance with Xue Qinghe, spread a novel exposing Bibi Dong’s past, and prompted Qian Daoliu to remove Bibi Dong from office and summon Qian Renxue.

Lu Chen destroyed the Clear Sky Sect and the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, strengthened his companions, and confronted Spirit Hall to reclaim Xiao Wu’s mother’s Spirit Ring and Spirit Bone. He revived Ah Rou’s body and returned to the Longevity Sect, where Dugu Bo hinted that trouble had arisen.

• Tang Yuehua reunited Tang Hao with Tang Xiao, who persuaded the Clear Sky Sect elders to accept him back.
• Lu Chen agreed to support Xue Beng’s claim to the throne in exchange for help against the Clear Sky Sect and access to the imperial treasury.
• Zhu Zhuqing defeated Dai Mubai, while Lu Chen confronted and killed the leaders of the Clear Sky Sect, the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, and the Heaven Dou Empire at Xue Ye’s banquet.
• Lu Chen destroyed the Clear Sky Sect, killed Tang Hao, and helped Ah Yin regain her origin and obtain a new Spirit Ring.

The arc left Xiao Wu, Zhu Zhuqing, and Dugu Yan beginning their second trial by crossing the Ring Sea without killing its Sea Spirit Beasts.

• Lu Chen left for Vast Sea City with Zhu Zhuqing and Dugu Yan, killed the Evil Orca King, and then defeated the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King to gain its million-year Spirit Ring and Torso Spirit Bone.
• Lu Chen resisted the Asura Demon Sword’s attack, then absorbed the Seed of Destruction and fused its law with the Law of Life to create the Power of Creation and transform his Blue Silver Emperor Spirit Rings.
• Lu Chen revived Ah Rou with Saint Soul Grass, appointed her to Longevity Academy, and gave the Sky Azure Bull Python and Titan Giant Ape Seven Star Agaves.
• Lu Chen brought Xiao Wu, Zhu Zhuqing, and Dugu Yan to Sea God Island, where Dugu Yan received the Sea God’s Nine Trials and the three women began climbing Sea God Mountain.
• Lu Chen negotiated for Godwind Academy and Elephant Armor Academy to join Longevity Academy after the tournament if their teams lost, while Thunder Academy’s Yu Guhan refused his offer.
• Zhu Xiongwu asked Lu Chen to send Zhu Zhuqing home and invited him to serve the Star Luo Empire, but Lu Chen refused and promised to protect Zhu Zhuqing from her engagement to Dai Mubai.
• After three months of training, Xiao Wu and Zhu Zhuqing completed their first Sea God trial, while Dugu Yan climbed to the 333rd step and gained two Soul Power levels and Sea God Affinity.
• Dugu Yan, Xiao Wu, and Zhu Zhuqing began their second trial to cross the Ring Sea without killing a Sea Spirit Beast, and Zhu Zhuqing dodged Xiao Bai’s attacks.

Lu Chen’s allies completed their Sea God trials before the tournament exposed Tang San’s crimes and Bibi Dong launched attacks across the continent. Lu Chen defeated Bibi Dong’s forces, formed the Douluo Federation, and went to confront her after she wielded both the Rakshasa Godhood and Asura God Position.

• Xiao Wu, Zhu Zhuqing, and Dugu Yan defeated Xiao Bai and the Demon Soul Great White Sharks, completed their Sea God trials, and returned to the continent with Dugu Yan recognized as a Sea God Successor.
• Lu Chen brought the Lower Four Sects into the Longevity Sect and sent the Longevity Academy team to the tournament, where Tang San allied with Xue Beng and secretly killed Prince Xue Xing.
• When Tang San exposed his bloodthirsty power during a match, Lu Chen revealed his victims’ phantoms, destroyed Tang San, and expelled Shrek Academy from the tournament.
• Yu Xiaogang fled toward Spirit Hall while Huyan Zhen killed Flender and Liu Erlong, and Bibi Dong ordered attacks on both imperial families, the Longevity Sect, and the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan.

• After Bibi Dong returned to the Capital of Slaughter and the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan was destroyed, Lu Chen persuaded Qian Daoliu to surrender Spirit Hall’s armed forces and established the Douluo Federation.
• Bibi Dong gained the Asura God Position alongside the Rakshasa Godhood and spread malicious intent across the continent, but Lu Chen purified it and traveled to confront her in the Extreme Western Great Wilderness.
