Zhu Yu built the Heavenly Principle Sect, survived the sealed Yi Spirit Ruins, and strengthened his cultivation through the Graveyard and Superior Person paths. He established a foundation by fusing his Life Spirit Ruins with the Immortal Grave Spirit Ruins, then left the story considering how to nurture disciples.

Arc 9The Heavenly Principle Sect

Zhu Yu built the Heavenly Principle Sect while advancing his cultivation and gathering followers across the troubled provinces. After Fang Yuan reached the Dao Fruit Realm, Wu Yong reunited with Zhu Yu and urged the brothers to support each other.

  • Zhu Yu recruited the Four Ghosts into the Heavenly Principle Sect, planted Seeds of Desire in them, and sent them to spread the Unborn Venerable Mother's radiance.
  • Zhu Yu and the Four Ghosts aided survivors in rebel-ravaged areas, taught them Body Refining, and built the sect's reputation among ordinary people.

Arc 10The Yi Spirit Ruins

Zhu Yu left the collapsing Yin-Underworld Spirit Ruins, then became trapped in the sealed Yi Spirit Ruins as its moon transformed people and turned the realm into a battlefield. After joining the Xiang Clan’s expedition to the realm’s opening, he searched the waves of released treasures for an Origin Spirit Bead and sensed something strange near the core.

  • Zhu Yu met Xiang Kui after escaping the Yin-Underworld Spirit Ruins, and Xiao Qing used the Naga Horn to revive her heart and blood.
  • Zhu Yu commissioned Luo Ling to have his Soft Hedgehog Armor refined and bought Xiao Qing a robe, then learned that bloodshed at the Zhang Clan tournament had left him unconscious.
  • A mysterious young man removed the broken golden sword from Zhu Yu’s brow and activated an array that brightened the Great Moon, transformed people across the Yi Spirit Ruins, and sealed the realm.

Arc 11The Graveyard and Superior Person

Zhu Yu strengthened his Graveyard Grass Dao Foundation, claimed Imperial Tomb Soil, and settled at Qingping Tower, where he created a Blood Slave and cultivated the Superior Person Dharma Seed. He emerged from seclusion with a powerful new presence as Qingping Tower prepared to open its Spirit Ruins.

  • Zhu Yu killed Wen Fu, used his memories to learn about demon-beast bloodlines, and settled in Thousand Spirit Market, where Liang Kuan’s family shared knowledge and gifts with him.
  • Zhu Yu acquired Flesh Taisui and traveled to Corpse Mountain, where he found Imperial Tomb Soil and used the corpse-filled fragment to manifest his Mass Grave Field.
  • Zhu Yu’s Graveyard Mound transformed the Corpse Mountain fragment and strengthened his cultivation, while he learned that Flesh Taisui could help cultivate Superior Person.

Zhu Yu won a Prefecture Master position in the Spirit Marsh Secret Realm, then prepared for and completed Foundation Establishment by fusing his Life Spirit Ruins with the Immortal Grave Spirit Ruins. He joined the Heavenly Dao Sect’s Foundation Establishment Exchange Meeting as Yinming and considered building a group of disciples before exploring further.

  • Zhu Yu crippled Zhao Yuan on Shangguan Jiang’s behalf, gained Spirit Ruins Origin, and entered the Yi Spirit Ruins through his silent Split Spirit.
  • Zhu Yu reached the Peerless Sect, then joined Shangguan Jiang in the Spirit Marsh Secret Realm, where he killed Tu Fishmen and trapped cultivators in his Mass Grave Field.
