Yun Xi's Fury!

After returning home, Yun Xi set Pikachu down on the ground.

After some time to recover, Pikachu had regained a little of his strength.

He stood right by Yun Xi's feet, no longer acting as resistant as he had at first.

"Who sent you?" Yun Xi swept his cold gaze over the group, then asked the Root Jonin before him.

The immense pressure Yun Xi gave off made several Root shinobi nearby swallow nervously.

At last, one of them replied, "Kid, don't do anything rash. Lord Danzo wants you and this girl to come to Root Division."

Then the Jonin continued, "Lord Danzo plans to bring you both into Root and train you. It'll do you a great deal of good..."

"Heh, Danzo?" Yun Xi laughed when he heard the name.

Then he said, his voice carrying a hint of murderous intent, "Does he think he's worthy?"

Ordinary people might have feared Danzo somewhat. After all, Danzo wielded tremendous influence in Konoha.

Even old-established Konoha clans like the Choji and Shino clans preferred not to provoke him.

But in Yun Xi's eyes, Danzo didn't deserve his respect!

"You're dead, kid!" The leading Root Jonin's expression shifted when he heard Yun Xi's words.

He hadn't expected Yun Xi to be so brazen, showing no regard for Lord Danzo.

They completely surrounded Yun Xi and Karin!

In Konoha, Root was even more terrifying than the Anbu.

Pikachu recognized the people who had ambushed him earlier.
