Luffy bounced off to one side and slammed into the ground.
"You're such an eyesore!" Doflamingo said, then flew toward Luffy along his strings again. Luffy immediately bounced away with his elasticity as the town's buildings turned into strings one after another.
"It's about time you died," Doflamingo said.
"This is bad. I have to hurry, there's not much time left." As Luffy dodged Doflamingo's strings in midair, he spoke while evading them.
"Fall down, Straw Hat!" Doflamingo shouted. Nearly dozens of buildings transformed into strings, and the townspeople on the nearby streets cried out, "A giant wave of white strings!"
All the strings closed in on Luffy at once, and he bounced rapidly through them. In the midst of it all, Luffy threw a punch at Doflamingo. Doflamingo caught Luffy's fist with one hand and flung him to the ground.
"Don't get too full of yourself, brat," Doflamingo said. At that moment, another ring of white strings flew toward Luffy. Luffy drew both hands back like springs. "This is the final attack! Gum-Gum—!" He flew before Doflamingo and struck him in the stomach with Leo Bazooka. Doflamingo was blasted to the ground and hurled beneath the Royal Palace plateau, smashing out a massive crater. Luffy panted heavily as he looked at Doflamingo lying on the ground. Everyone was stunned beyond belief.
Luffy slowly descended. The people in town watched as Doflamingo lay embedded in the earth atop the Royal Palace plateau, while Luffy came down. They cried out in shock, "Doflamingo was actually defeated?!"
"He did it! He really took down Doflamingo!" As Luffy bounced and hopped across the ground, everyone began cheering.
"That rubber ball is incredible!"
"No, that's not an ordinary rubber ball. According to King Riku, that guy is the pirate Straw Hat Luffy."
