Kankuro and Kin'emon were both wolfing down meat, speaking unclearly as they ate. "Is that so?"
"Yes."
Luffy refused to be outdone, stuffing food into his already stuffed mouth as he said, "What kind of nonsense topic is that? And Sabo left... I'm so sad." He ate, spoke, and cried all at once.
Lu Yu sat silently to one side, sipping a cup of tea.
Meanwhile, Cyrus, the person at the center of it all, stood by the window and silently watched the scenery outside. After Luffy finished speaking, his stretched arm shot over to Usopp and snatched him up, startling Usopp as he stared at Luffy.
"Sanji and the others need to hurry up and catch up!" Luffy cried while cramming food into his mouth. He swallowed the entire pile at once, then, having eaten too much, struggled to breathe. He pounded his chest, swallowed again, and then felt sleepy. After closing his eyes for a brief nap, he continued eating while crying.
Zoro shouted, "Do you want to be angry, cry, travel, sleep, or eat? Do one thing at a time! You're seriously a pain to deal with!"
Then Luffy suddenly slammed the table and pointed to the side. "Rebecca's father is Soldier-san!" Then he abruptly fell asleep.
Usopp's face turned pale. "His injuries haven't even healed yet, but his appetite is still going strong while he lies there!"
Luffy suddenly woke up again, grabbed more food, and stuffed it into his mouth. "Who started that kind of rumor?"
Zoro said with a solemn expression, "It's understandable if you can't accept it."
"You heard it right, didn't you, Kin'emon?" Usopp asked.
"I heard it with my own ears," Kin'emon replied as he ate.
