As a port city, Dubrovnik had possessed quite a few vessels to begin with. After the orcs occupied the city, they had not destroyed them. The orcs were not skilled sailors and had not converted them into warships; the vessels had merely been used to transport orcs across the Red Dragon Strait.
Now, Dubrovnik's ships were all on the other side of the strait, so Charlotte could only wait for them to return.
However, Charlotte did not simply wait in silence. He also dispatched a messenger to Cappadocia to request a batch of warships from Senior Menilman.
Dubrovnik was an exceptionally beautiful city. Unlike a tiny, sparsely populated city like Cappadocia, it had held more than fifty thousand residents before the orcs arrived. Its trade
