Kreil Brittany glanced at Andreus, while Abner Sumay also fixed his gaze on Andreus. The youngest Saint Rank of the former Black Phoenix felt uncomfortable all over and asked, "What exactly are you trying to say?"
"Do I need to offer a pledge of loyalty?"
Kreil Brittany said softly, "Choose either the Brittany Family or the Sumei Family for a marriage alliance!"
Abner Sumay glanced at Charlotte. Charlotte merely shrugged and offered no opinion, but no opinion was practically the same as accepting Kreil Brittany's words. Kreil bore the Brittany name, and Abner had offered more than enough proof of loyalty. He had used the monstrous weapon Fire Quell Silver Rhinoceros to kill Prince Redmir's wife and gun down Morgan. They were absolutely grasshoppers tied to the same rope. Their little group of three was incomparably secure; only Andreus lacked such close ties and had some chance of betrayal.
