Bathing with Mito

Uchiha Kurohane was not distracted by the sight of Uzumaki Mito. He was genuinely worried that Kushina would catch a cold.

Warmth rose in Kushina Uzumaki's heart when she saw how concerned he was.

As they returned to the living room, she blushed faintly and shook her head.

"You don't have to worry about me. I'm from the Village Hidden in the Whirlpools. I've swum in the sea since I was little, so I'm used to it. I won't catch a cold."

"Why don't you two bathe together?"

Kushina Uzumaki's face instantly turned as red as a tomato.

"Grandma, what are you saying? How could we bathe together?"

Kushina Uzumaki sounded so agitated that she had clearly panicked.

Uzumaki Mito found her reaction amusing.

"You're both still children. Why can't you bathe together?"

Uchiha Kurohane knew Sakura Island had a tradition of communal bathing. It was perfectly normal for six-year-olds to bathe together.
