That concluded the massive boost he'd received from spending money to upgrade his stats and from drawing cards.
After leveling up his stats and gaining another boost from drawing cards, his current status panel had changed dramatically.

Maybe that second trait, or one of the others, could enhance his "Enhanced Self-Healing" ability.
In short, as long as he kept completing enough missions, spending enough money, and acquiring the relevant ninjutsu to upgrade, he'd eventually gain an immortality that surpassed Hidan's.
