As the breach in the city wall widened once more, several high-level Dark Creatures rushed into the city, while the bone dragon overhead began issuing orders to the other Dark Creatures outside the city.

The other Dark Creatures had originally been unable to charge into the city due to the obstruction of the walls.
But now, it was as though a raging flood had finally found an outlet. The next moment, they surged densely toward the breach.
"Quick, hold the breach in the wall!"
Copper Hammer, who had been fighting outside the city, saw this as well and immediately shouted in alarm toward Gus and the defenders atop the wall.
Several elven archers immediately moved above the breach and continuously fired arrows downward.
However, there were simply too many Dark Creatures. A handful of elven archers alone could never hold the breach.
