And that was all because of the bone dragon.
The Dark Bone Dragon was now bent on killing Nalant, so it had restrained the Dark Creatures and gathered them at Rocky Ridge to wait.
"Haha, let's go, Goblins. We'll head to the city ahead and report this at once."
"When the time comes, we'll say that the Dark Creatures launched a sudden attack, that our little city was besieged, and that we only fought our way out after risking our lives, then report the battle situation to the allied forces."
Gus cast one final look at the distant Rocky Ridge and finally relaxed.
