The stone tower was likely an ancient magus's Mage Tower, though its style could no longer be verified. It covered a vast area, several hundred square meters at least. Its upper half had collapsed, but two floors in the lower half remained intact. The original wooden door had probably long since rotted away, and the Moon-Slayers had blocked the entrance with huge boulders.

Prying away the boulders, Liszt observed briefly before entering the stone tower.

Sunlight streamed through cracks in the walls, so it was not too dark inside. It was clear that this stone tower had originally served a function similar to a "library," with rows upon rows of bookshelves carved from stone. Unfortunately, not a single book remained on them—only thick layers of dust.

The stairs were still there, carved from stone and solid beneath his feet.

On the second floor, the enormous room stood utterly empty, and there was no telling what it had once been used for. Part of the floor beside it had broken away, letting sunlight pour in and form a huge patch of brightness. Several weeds grew within that bright patch. It seemed this place had often endured wind and sun, without any real protection.

"The natives' treasure should be here, so it is very likely a treasure left behind by an ancient magus. What could it be?" Liszt cast Magic Eye and began sweeping the ruined stone tower.

He found neither the glow of magical feedback nor anything that looked like treasure.
