"A city will be built here, called Dragon Valley City. Then a road will be constructed from Tinder City to here, called Dragon-Tinder Avenue. Another road will be built from Dragon Valley City to River Mouth City, called Dragon-River Avenue. Tinder City will also need a road leading to the Reed Marsh, called Reed-Tinder Avenue. The Reed Marsh needs a city as well, called Reed City!"
Liszt casually sketched on a map.
Flame Island was roughly square in shape, though tilted at an angle. Holy Mountain, where the Holy Tribe of the Moon-Slayers dwelled, was approximately at the island's center. A diagonal slash through this point would divide the island into northwestern and southeastern halves. At present, the Flame People's activities were largely concentrated in the southeastern half.
The geographical center of the southeastern half was roughly Whirlpool Mountain, so Tinder City beneath Whirlpool Mountain could serve as the transportation hub and central city of the southeastern half.
Reed-Tinder Avenue would extend eastward from Tinder City, crossing two upper tributaries of the Great Whirlpool River before reaching Reed City near the Reed Marsh. Guarding the Heart Reed Teleportation Array, Reed City was bound to become a trade city. Further east lay the East Coast, where a suitable harbor could be found to build a port city.
Jade-Tinder Avenue would extend west by north from Tinder City, reaching Jade Mountain, a branch of the Flame Mountain Range, and linking to the Jade City currently being built there. In the future, a road could be extended farther west by north from Jade City to Holy Mountain—Liszt intended to build a city at Holy Mountain, the island's central point.
Dragon-Tinder Avenue, meanwhile, would stretch southwest from Tinder City all the way to Dragon Pit Giant Mine. Dragon Valley City would become the future
