Su Baizhou put on a pair of white rabbit ears.
They suited her surprisingly well, as though they had been made just for her. Though her expression remained cool and aloof, the hat washed away much of her unapproachable aura.
The movie theater was on the fifth floor of the mall.
Luo Ye checked the time. They had just finished dinner, and it was only seven o'clock. He immediately asked, "Senior Sister, want to watch a movie?"
Su Baizhou glanced at Luo Ye and said flatly, "No."
As she spoke, she tugged the strings on either side of the hat, making the little rabbit ears twitch back and forth. She looked incredibly cute.
Luo Ye's heart was practically melting.
Fairy Senior Sister was especially captivating when she was cute.
"Really not interested?"
Walking beside Fairy Senior Sister, Luo Ye pulled up some ticket information for a movie on his phone.
The film was praised as a top-tier foreign sci-fi blockbuster and had received excellent reviews. Luo Ye thought Senior Sister might like that sort of movie.
However, it had already been out for a week, so there were not many people watching it. They might even have the entire theater to themselves.
"No."
Su Baizhou gave the same answer, but she still glanced at Luo Ye's phone screen.
The sci-fi movie did not interest her, but among the row of recommended films below it, one cover that looked particularly frightening caught her attention.
"This one looks pretty good."
Hearing that, Luo Ye looked at his phone and discovered that Fairy Senior Sister was referring to a horror movie, one made in another country.
Everyone knew that movies from other countries faced fewer restrictions in this area, so they tended to be more realistic.
Luo Ye swallowed.
