Background / History

Lin Sheng’s real-world Temple begins when he installs an oval Holy Power Pool beneath the Prayer Altar of an unfinished mountain temple. The pool authenticates him as its owner and links him to the Central Temple System, which identifies him as the Hall Master. Its first form is a Preparatory Temple with a weak purification field. 229 230

Temple Mountain soon becomes a place where civilians gather to pray, recover, and seek Holy Power cultivation. The Temple screens applicants for physique and willpower, while its operators convert Soul Particles gathered within the building into Holy Power. The organization is officially registered, despite attracting government suspicion as a possible illegal assembly. 233 242

After accumulating Holy Power, Lin Sheng promotes the central site into a Shadow Temple. It becomes a fortified base capable of suppressing non-@@REF_ENTITY_12650076@@ energies, detecting incompatible intruders through its interface, and supporting Lin Sheng’s campaign against factions pursuing Adolf’s Destiny Relic. 244 251 252

The Temple expands into Miga through recruits such as Margaret and Madilan. It distributes Holy Power Seeds and Gray Seals to Evil Energy users, establishes Black Plum Manor as a branch, and openly assists in suppressing Black Tide mist. Its rapid growth and the exceptional advancement of its members draw concern from local authorities and rival supernatural organizations. 331 351 353

During the Black Tide crisis in Hengruikala, the Temple establishes safe zones, patrols the city, and activates a Dusk Temple branch. The branch’s halo clears mist across much of the city, while public prayer rapidly replenishes its Holy Power Pool. At this point, at least one-third of Hengruikala’s more than 1.7 million survivors have become peripheral or shallow believers. 376 387 374

The Temple later receives the world’s blessing amid the battle against the Black Tide. Its influence subsequently reaches Angel World, where it restores trade and public order in Du City, and the bloodkin world, where Blood Temples oversee Holy Light conversion. 537 637 687

Holy Power cultivation

Temple members cultivate Holy Power through Holy Power Seeds, Gray Seals, prayer, meditation, physical training, and combat practice. Holy Power strengthens the body, purifies harmful energy, heals injuries, and can greatly stimulate an Evil Energy user’s growth. 331 351 353
