Under Shi Feng's orders, the work to open Silver Wing Town was completed in less than twenty minutes. Thanks to Magic King Katie Delan's accumulated reserve NPC guards and newly recruited NPCs, the additional thousand slots were quickly filled.
All one thousand of these NPC guards had been recruited through Katie Delan.
Silver Wing Town had been developing better and better lately. Not only were there an enormous number of NPCs applying, but their quality was far higher than before—something that would have been unimaginable in the past.
Generally speaking, when a Basic Town was promoted to an Intermediate Town, filling the additional thousand NPC slots was a troublesome matter. Having two or three hundred Tier 1 NPCs apply in the early stages was already quite good, while getting over a dozen Tier 2 NPCs would be a blessing. The vast majority would be Elite-ranked NPCs. Only through the town's long-term development could NPCs gradually be replaced and upgraded, slowly increasing the number of Tier 2 NPCs.
But now, thanks to Katie Delan's reputation, more than three thousand NPCs were willing to apply. Together with the three hundred Tier 1 NPCs held in reserve, Silver Wing Town's thousand newly recruited NPCs had Tier 1 NPCs as their weakest, while over a hundred were Tier 2 NPCs.
More than a hundred Tier 2 NPCs was an amount an Intermediate Town would normally need several days, or even over ten days, to accumulate. After that, the number would only increase slowly. Unless the town's reputation rose dramatically, few Tier 2 NPCs would come seeking it out by name. After all, Tier 2 NPCs in God's Domain were not cabbages that could be found in unlimited supply.
