If his heart was truly with the Hidden Leaf, it would be a cause for great celebration.

However, if he were to become like Madara Uchiha, it would spell a massive crisis for the village.

He still needed to make contact with him to see what his true purpose was in hiding his strength for so many years.

Strength like this could not possibly have been acquired in a short amount of time.

Danzo looked at Zhou Cheng with eyes filled with delight.

If he could recruit him into Root and brainwash him for a period of time, turning him into a tool loyal only to himself, then the position of Hokage would be within his grasp.

With that, Zhou Cheng returned to his hotel.
