Wang Zhao expanded his plans for Latent Dragon Academy as Spirit Hall’s Sacred Ceremony revealed the Angel God’s call to change the human–Soul Beast conflict. The major powers gathered in Dragon Rise City to discuss the Divine Decree, with Wang Zhao among the first to arrive.

• Ning Rongrong called Wang Zhao her Hall Lord Brother at her birthday celebration, and Xue Beng’s demand for his dragon scales ended with Gu Yuena trapping and punishing the prince.
• Dugu Bo fought Gu Rong to a draw, and Ning Qingyun helped Chen Xin reach level 97 by pushing him to deepen his understanding of the sword.
• Wang Zhao recruited Jiu Qingyi for Latent Dragon Academy and considered her for his Seven Dragon Maidens team as Spirit Hall prepared its Sacred Ceremony.
• Spirit Hall’s ceremony showed people across the continent the Angel God and the Co-Lord of Soul Beasts, who discussed changing the conflict between humans and beasts.
• The Angel God announced the Path of the Inner Core and said the Angel Grand Priest would meet the hidden Soul Beast leader near the Star Dou Great Forest in three days.
• Spirit Hall summoned leaders of the major powers to Dragon Rise City, while the excluded Clear Sky Sect relied on Tang Yuehua for news.
• Wang Zhao arrived in Dragon Rise City on Golden Scale, met Dai Tianfeng and Zhu Qingyun, and took a seat near the front of the gathering.

Spirit Hall and the soul beasts agreed on Inner Core Soul Rings and protected territories, while Wang Zhao expanded Dragon King Hall’s influence and strengthened Golden Scale. The arc ended with Wang Zhao altering Tang San’s awakening and Tang San setting out for Nuoding Academy under Tang Hao’s watch.

• Salas tested a God-Bestowed Inner Core Soul Ring, and the factions agreed to curb hunting in soul beast territories as Spirit Hall prepared to distribute Inner Cores.
• Spirit Hall publicized the reform and Dragon King Hall founded the Freedom Guild, while Gu Yuena brought Er Ming to Wang Zhao and agreed to help him obtain its Soul Ring.

Wang Zhao took Ah Yin’s Blue Silver Emperor sapling and gained a Space-Time Blue Silver Grass Martial Soul, while Tang San entered Nuoding Academy and met Xiao Wu and the returned Huo Yuhao. The newcomers settled into Dorm Seven, where jealousy and suspicion grew before Xiao Wu confronted insulting upperclassmen.

• Old Jack urged Tang Hao to send Tang San to Nuoding Academy, and Tang San revealed his Blue Silver Grass and Clear Sky Hammer to his father.
• Tang Hao completed Rakshasa’s second trial, received a Rakshasa Domain, and learned his next trial required him to kill ten thousand people within six years.
• Wang Zhao found Ah Yin in the waterfall cave, replaced her with a fake Blue Silver Emperor, took her and her Soul Bone, then absorbed the Soul Bone and reached Soul Power Level 69.
• Wang Zhao passed his first Space-Time inheritance trial and awakened Space-Time Blue Silver Grass, learning that his next trial required him to reduce Tang San’s fortune.
• Ning Rongrong awakened the Seven Treasure Glazed Pagoda and revealed a Wooden Sword Martial Soul, which Ning Qingyun recognized as her former Lifeforce Sword and named Qingtian.
• Tang San enrolled at Nuoding Academy under Yu Xiaogang, who revealed that Tang San had Twin Martial Souls and made him his Second Disciple.
• Huo Yuhao returned to the past as an infant, awakened his Spirit Eye, and joined Dorm Seven, where he used Spiritual Detection to outmaneuver Tang San and earn entry.
• Xiao Wu became Dorm Seven’s leader and grew close to Huo Yuhao, while Tang San grew jealous and Wang Zhao decided to remain at the academy as Xiao Wu confronted upperclassmen who insulted the work-study students.

Tang San began studying under Yu Xiaogang, but a tampered Soul Ring Inner Core gave him a weak first ability. Xiao Huohuo defeated Huo Yuhao, Tang San, and Xiao Wu in the wager, then learned that Shrek Academy wanted him as captain of its planned team.

• Tang San accepted Xiao Wu’s six-year bet that he would fight her and Huo Yuhao after graduation, while privately deciding Huo Yuhao could become an obstacle.
• Yu Xiaogang showed Tang San the Clear Sky Hammer and explained Inner Core Soul Rings, while Tang Hao entrusted him with two premium cores and left Tang San in his care.
• Wang Zhao secretly replaced Tang Hao’s premium cores with weak ones, and Tang San absorbed one that gave him a ten-year Soul Ring and the foul-smelling Stinky Bind skill.
• Xiao Wu challenged Boss Xiao on behalf of the Work-Study Students, and Huo Yuhao stepped forward to fight after Xiao Huohuo revealed he was a level-twenty-five Soul Master.
