"Did you think I'd give you that chance?" As Xiao Xi spoke, countless chains descended from the sky, severing Phantylia's connection to the Ambrosial Arbor and preventing the power of Abundance from affecting her.
Simply put, Phantylia was extremely unlucky. Just as she was preparing to transform into her second form, Xiao Xi hit her with a skill that locked her down completely.
"No, impossible! The Abundance's divine power... How could it be cut off? You..." Phantylia let out an unwilling roar, but there was nothing she could do to stop her own body from breaking apart after losing the power of Abundance.
Once her body had shattered completely, a ball of light floated up from the broken remains.
"Hum." A cage of flames formed around Phantylia, trapping her inside and leaving her no chance to escape.
Xiao Xi weighed the fiery cage in her hand. After confirming the seal was intact and that it posed no danger, she tossed it to Jing Yuan.
"All done, General Jing Yuan. I'll leave Lord Ravager Phantylia to you. Don't worry, I've sealed her away. There's no way she can escape."
"Thank you, Miss Xiao Xi. And I'd also like to thank all of you for the help you've given the Luofu. I can never repay such a kindness, but if you ever need anything in the future, don't hesitate to ask." With this major matter finally settled, Jing Yuan's tone had lightened considerably.

After everything was over, General Jing Yuan had just enough time to share a meal with everyone at a tavern in Exalting Sanctum before hurrying back to the Divine Strategy Mansion to take charge.
Before leaving, Jing Yuan also asked Stelle to look for evidence in the Alchemy Commission, when she had time, that some Vidyadhara had been in contact with the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus.
As for why he'd sent Stelle to look, it was probably because some mysterious, unknown force always seemed to help the Trailblazer find all sorts of strange things.
The Astral Express Crew didn't object, either. After all, there was clearly something very wrong with the Vidyadhara. They had even placed the current High Elder, Bailu, under house arrest in all but name.
Now that Dan Heng had displayed the power of a High Elder, the Vidyadhara had become even more restless. They'd secretly contacted and threatened him when no one was paying attention.
