As Huaxia faced invasion from twenty-one nations, Nü Lü offered to marry Great Qin’s Imperial Prince and use her immense phoenix energy to end the transfer of fortune. Zhao Fu accepted a three-year truce but kept Nü Lü under Great Qin’s control, and she discovered that he was the Imperial Prince himself.
Zhao Fu’s appointment of Nü Lü as his consort restored Great Qin’s fate and healed his injuries, ending the Great Fate Transfer and removing the invaders’ advantages. Huaxia launched a counterattack and drove back most invading nations, though Shaluo held on to thirteen regions near India.
After Huaxia’s invasion crisis ended and Great Qin entered a period of peace, Xuanyuan Xiu learned that Nü Lü had married Zhao Fu and grieved over her farewell letter. Nü Lü remained in Great Qin’s discussion hall as Zhao Fu focused on development and studying the Greenfield People, and she began settling into her role as his wife.
Zhao Fu learned that high-grade rune equipment could rival Epic and Legendary weapons, though it required rare materials and high cultivation to use. He left Great Qin with a powerful new weapon but still needed Silver-grade and Gold-grade mineral deposits to make such equipment in large quantities.
Zhao Fu bought a large stock of rune stones from the Wild Goose Consortium and asked it to procure corpses for Great Qin. The consortium agreed to supply Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 corpses, leaving Zhao Fu excited about strengthening Great Qin’s armies.
Zhao Fu secured a steady supply of corpses and rune stones for Great Qin, strengthening its army and equipment. He then discussed India’s occupation of thirteen regions with Nü Lü and warned that Shaluo’s Peacock Dynasty could soon surpass Great Qin.
Zhao Fu learned from Golden Dragon how to seize and use India’s Nation-Guarding Artifact and Fate Clan Artifact, but he still could not defeat Shaluo in the present invasion. He left with a new reason to target India and a method that required capturing people, weakening the artifacts, and refining them.
Zhao Fu decided to move against Great India Kingdom and sought Flower Moon’s intelligence support to investigate the Shaluo family. His declaration that Great Qin would act gave Huaxia renewed hope against its powerful enemy.
Zhao Fu prepared to intervene in the war between Huaxia and India, bringing fifty thousand Great Qin Assassins to western Huaxia. As both sides massed enormous forces and the world watched, Zhao Fu secretly assigned Liu Mei and others their tasks before approaching Huaxia's gathered army.
Zhao Fu led Huaxia’s forty million troops against India’s defenses, using Great Qin’s Hundred Ghost Illusionists to help breach the wall. Shaluo dispelled the illusion with the City Lord Seal, and Zhao Fu confronted him as they prepared to test their strength.
Zhao Fu and Shaluo fought fiercely, with Zhao Fu gaining the upper hand using his City Lord Seal power. Shaluo claimed Zhao Fu could not use Great Qin’s Nation-Guarding Artifact or Fate Clan Artifact, and a carved stone pillar then descended amid a tremendous eruption of power.
Shaluo used the Pillar of Ashoka to overpower Zhao Fu, who then drew on Great Qin’s City Lord Seals to fight back. Zhao Fu brought the multicolored halo down on Shaluo, and five-colored divine light rose from the crater as a terrifying presence descended across the western continent.
Zhao Fu and Shaluo drew on their nations’ fortune and fought with their Fate Clan Artifacts as the battle for Huaxia’s survival intensified. After the Golden Dragon took control of Zhao Fu’s body, it used the Heaven and Earth Sword to split Shaluo in two.
After killing Shaluo, Zhao Fu seized the Peacock Dynasty’s City Lord Seal and other artifacts, while Huaxia routed India and learned that Great Qin had caused millions of real-world deaths. Zhao Fu flew toward the Peacock Dynasty to plunder it before Shaluo could return and move the city.
Zhao Fu infiltrated Peacock City and destroyed the Peacock Dynasty by occupying its City Heart, greatly increasing Great Qin’s fortune and strengthening its artifacts. India demanded answers from Huaxia as Zhao Fu returned to the border, where other leaders grew wary of him.
Zhao Fu gathered Indian natives and the women of Shaluo’s family to prepare to refine the Peacock Dynasty’s Nation-Guarding Artifact. After making Shaluo’s mother his consort, he began merging their dragon and phoenix auras into the artifact, weakening its resistance.
Zhao Fu subdued the Pillar of Ashoka and prepared to transfer its fate through the Heaven and Earth Grand Refining. After assembling nine powerful generals and one hundred thousand Indian natives, he began the refinement ritual.
Zhao Fu turned the Pillar of Ashoka into Great Qin’s Nation-Guarding Artifact, renaming it the Nation-Stabilizing Pillar, and continued expanding Great Qin. As Huaxia recovered from the previous invasion, ordinary players began organizing a revenge attack on Japan and the Han Kingdom, including plans to capture people as slaves.
Zhao Fu learned that the Li Family had planted Leng Fei, a Night King assassin, in the Ying Family to kill him. He ordered Leng Fei killed and his remains sent to the Li Family and Night King.
Zhao Fu ordered Leng Fei executed and warned the Night King against challenging Great Qin, then prepared to return to Apocalypse World with four women who had received top-tier Border Tokens. After feeding them Fruit of Truth, he led them through Teleportation Arrays and arrived back in Great Qin.
Zhao Fu welcomed Li Muqing and two other women into Great Qin, then considered Nü Lü’s plea to treat the women he had captured more kindly. As Great Qin continued clearing nearby regions, twenty neighboring regions formed a 10.4-million-soldier alliance against it, leaving Zhao Fu unable to expand for the moment.
Facing a combined threat of over ten million combat strength, Zhao Fu tried to prevent Great Qin from being attacked on all sides by offering gifts and proposing non-aggression contracts to the three weaker factions. The northern and southern factions agreed to sign, while the western faction remained divided over whether to reconcile with Great Qin or join the east against it.
Zhao Fu secured peace contracts with the northern and southern factions while the eastern faction held back from attacking Great Qin. On his way west, Jing Qianxue and three allied City Lords ambushed him, but Zhao Fu easily repelled their opening strikes.
Jing Qianxue and three companions ambushed Zhao Fu with a sword formation, but he broke free and defeated them with the power of the Great Qin Seal. Xian Ru stopped him from killing the women, and the western City Lords proceeded with the contract signing, handing the four women over to Great Qin.
After conquering and relocating four cities in the Flower Region, Zhao Fu forced their city lords to become consorts and strengthened Great Qin with their people and soldiers. He obtained a third Wild Blood Mask fragment, but learned that restoring the artifact required help from the extinct kingdom’s royal family.
