Zhao Fu awakened the Heavenly Emperor Star and gained a purple divine dragon, but a powerful black-clothed man used an Origin Mark to locate him and attack Great Qin. Zhao Fu’s sword strike wounded the man and began shrinking the blood vortex, but another mutation occurred before it disappeared.
Zhao Fu fought a powerful phantom summoned from a blood vortex, then unleashed the power of the Six Paths of Reincarnation and defeated it. As that power began tearing his body apart, the will of the Nine Nethers invaded him, awakening the corpses inside twenty-five million black coffins.
The will of the Nine Netherworlds transformed Zhao Fu as yin energy spread across the Human World and turned it into a realm of ghosts. A Nether Emperor Star descended over the same region, leaving the Heavenly Dao Sect alarmed by its appearance after the Heavenly Emperor Star.
A master and his disciple learned that the Nether Emperor Star had awakened in the frontier region and might belong to the same person as the Heavenly Emperor Star. The Fate Venerable investigated the two stars and began examining Zhao Fu’s fate, but their power pushed back against her.
The descent of a Nether Emperor Star carrying the Six Paths’ aura shocked the Mandate of Heaven, the Heavenly Book Pavilion, the Heavenly Spirit Merchant Group, and the Underworld’s powerful factions. The chapter ended with the Underworld discovering the star in Apocalypse World after the Six Paths Demon Idols roared in fury.
Zhao Fu awakened after the Nether Emperor Star’s descent, returning to a more human appearance while gaining a gray pupil and a powerful ghost dragon. The celestial upheaval ended, but its display of Great Qin’s strength reshaped the plans and attitudes of factions across several worlds.
After awakening the power of the Six Paths of Reincarnation and gaining a half-ghost, half-human bloodline, Zhao Fu returned to Great Qin and focused on defense and recovery. A group of women from the conquered Yue Kingdom then requested an audience with him.
Zhao Fu agreed to spare the Yue Kingdom women’s families if they submitted, then spent time flying kites with Xiao Jiu and Xiao Qiang. In the real world, he met factions seeking to join Great Qin, kept his identity as the Great Qin Imperial Prince secret, and accepted their gifts while warning women sent to him that they might be ignored.
Zhao Fu agreed to take a group of women to Great Qin after they insisted they needed its protection. Before he could bring them, a mysterious faction sent him the Zhanlu Sword, whose benevolent nature conflicted with his hegemonic path and which seemed to possess consciousness.
Zhao Fu struggled to understand why Zhanlu Sword had chosen to watch him, then brought a group of celebrities to Great Qin. In the imperial palace, the women mistook Zhao Fu for a minor servant and feared the Great Qin Imperial Prince would punish him for his flirtatious advances.
After revealing his identity to the women he had summoned, Zhao Fu learned more about the Mind's Eye and turned to preparing Great Qin for its founding. He opened a broad imperial examination to recruit civil and military officials, and about thirty thousand candidates reached the final palace examination.
Zhao Fu oversaw Great Qin’s civil and martial examinations, while his ministers debated which candidates deserved recognition. After the results were decided and the top performers honored, the question of a suitable empress remained, with Nü Lü emerging as the strongest candidate.
Zhao Fu postponed choosing an empress while Great Qin prepared to found its nation. At the enthronement, Great Qin’s fortune transformed dramatically, and nine black dragons fused into a great seal.
Zhao Fu established the Great Qin Empire, gaining the status of king and a surge in power as Great Qin received blessings and nation-founding rewards. He examined the new kingdom’s attributes and prepared to use its newly unlocked official positions and legions.
The chapter explained how Great Qin’s civil and military official seals derived power from its territory and army, and described the strength of its population, forces, and cities. It then outlined the capacities and seven special effects of Great Qin’s legions.
Zhao Fu reviewed the powers Great Qin gained by founding a nation, especially the strength of legions and the barriers created by national borders. Great Qin could establish thirteen legions, and Zhao Fu felt confident about the nation’s future.
After restoring Great Qin, Zhao Fu appointed its ministers and began establishing its royal legions. He fused a Legion Heart with Great Qin’s City Lord Heart, summoning a powerful Black Dragon.
Zhao Fu established four special legions by turning powerful cities and Great Qin’s Inheritance Stone into legion vessels, each with a unique form and enhanced abilities. With nine Legion Hearts remaining and the strongest capital cities already used, he considered how to find more suitable vessels.
Zhao Fu failed to use national inheritance cities as legion vessels, but established the Fireflame Legion and Icecold Legion by merging Legion Hearts with the ice and fire cities and their City Lords’ blood. With six legions now formed and no suitable special cities left, he turned to consider other possible vessels.
Zhao Fu successfully established the Tree Legion and Flower Legion by merging Legion Hearts into the World Tree and World Flower, then tried to make the Flying Dragon Nest into a legion vessel. The nest’s transformation grew increasingly powerful and opened a crack in the sky, from which a ten-colored sphere descended amid visions of countless beings.
Zhao Fu created the All-Beings Legion and the Corpse Soul Legion by using Legion Hearts with Great Qin’s All-Beings Nest and Corpse Soul Blood Pool. He then used a third Legion Heart on the City of Calamity, where a new legion stele began to form.
Zhao Fu established the Calamity, Immortal, and Sword Mountain Legions, completing Great Qin’s thirteen legions. At court, Great Qin’s ministers agreed to conquer the Yue Kingdom, and Wei Liao proposed next taking the system factions surrounding Great Qin.
Zhao Fu approved a plan to settle Yue Kingdom’s eighty million players in territories taken from Myanmar and Laos, then waited for the other factions’ vigilance to ease. Great Qin launched a coordinated nighttime operation to capture cities, and its forces confronted a Yue Kingdom City Lord at the edge of a major city gathering.
Great Qin launched simultaneous attacks on the Yue Kingdom and the Hong Pang Clan, killing city lords and destroying settlements as Zhao Fu led an assault on Hong Pang City. Zhao Fu’s killing of civilians triggered pain from the Zhanlu Sword’s Mind’s Eye, and the chapter ended with him knocking Xiong Jiang into a crater.
Zhao Fu fought Xiong Jiang, overcame the power of the Red Ghost Statue, and killed him, allowing Great Qin to capture Hong Pang City. As Great Qin’s assault ended, urgent alarms reported that enemies had launched coordinated attacks from several directions.
